I had to cancel my stair carpet being fitted as we have a stair lift in for my disabled husband 2 yrs prior to having a new stair carpet fitted the council took out the stairlift for the carpet to be fitted then put the stairlift back in once it was fitted when I phoned the council up I was told I would have to pay 630 pounds for them to remove the stairlift then put it back in there was no possible way we could afford this so I rang my dream flooring and explained the situation to be told I couldn't get back my 40 pound deposit back as the deposit is non refundable I had also made 4 payments of 15 pounds the last review I posted the next day I got a phone call from my Dream flooring asking me to take the review off and they would pay me back the amount I had paid to them of 60 pounds I was told this payment would be put into my bank account which could take up to 2 weeks I've still not received the payment yet so this review i wont be taking it off until I get my money back it's disgusting what this company has done 😡

Amazing service communication right up to fitting only thing I had a problem with was how long you wait for fitting but got there in the end and really happy 🥰

Helpfull and friendlyservice the wood is really good guality and would recomnend it to the fitters just dont phone before they arrive but everything else was good the,ref is friendly and polite

I got a date for the rep (Debbie) to come around very quickly. She was friendly and helped me pick out my perfect flooring. I got a fitting date through for a couple of days after I had made my second payment. Neil text me the day before to let me know what time he would be arriving. Neil was fast, friendly and very skilled. My flooring is stunning, of excellent quality and fitted professionally and flawlessly. I almost cried happy tears when I saw it fully done. Thank you for your excellent service from start to finish.

Purchased wooden flooring, And it wasn’t massively overpriced, As some pay weekly companies are. Fitters were great, And I think my new flooring looks great… very happy with everything 🤩

I had to cancel my order as I was moving in with my sister.
My order was £512 I paid £385 off in cash i got £242 to be paid as refund been nearly week no refund???
They said 20pc took more than 20pc.
If I don't get my money I'm going to trading standards

Fab service, quick and super easy to arrange from first appointment to fitting. Lots of choice. Fitting itself was quick, efficient and tidy. Will absolutely use again for convenience and flexibility.

Everything was great from start to finish. Adam our fitter was very polite and friendly and had our floor down in less than an hour!
