Amazing experience great service ordered my son’s new bike and it came two days later and he absolutely loves it

Went to All Terrain Cycles Friday 21st Aug with my son on the intention of him ordering a new bike that is due out shortly. But whilst we where there he saw a 2027 Cube Reaction Hybrid Pro 800. The colour is Silverdust 'n' Prism, large and was the only one of that type in the store. He loved it so he purchased it. Collected it today (Sat 22nd) after having some extras added to the bike. All the staff here are so friendly, polite and so very helpful to answering any questions to helping putting the bike in the car. Now both my son and me have purchased bikes and accessories from here. 100% recommend this shop.

My partner and I took a trip to the shop to test out a couple of bikes. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

When we did place an order for my new bike, it arrived very quickly, in pristine condition, and with the accessories I'd bought to go with it already fitted. I thought that was such a nice touch.

The details were absolutely taken care of, even down to the eco-friendly packaging they'd used.

Overall, All terrain felt very professional, knowledgeable, and approachable. Big thanks to them for making buying my new bike such an excellent experience!

Excellent company ,two day delivery on a bike and comunication has been brilliant ,i am always buying bikes most years with having 8 grandchildren and used many different companys ,but with this experience i will be useing this company in future ,i do not normally leave reviews,thats how impressed i was .

I bought an ebike online. I had problems. Several shops I went to wouldn't touch it because they only work on their own brands. I found All Terrain and asked them if they might fix my bike. They said yes without any compunction. The repairs were done quickly and properly within less than 2 days. The price was fair. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone with a bike problem.. Like their motto says "no bike left behind"

Ordered my Giant Propel from Allterrain cycles as it was much cheaper than list price, I received the bike within a few days by Fed Ex it was well packaged and basically all I had to do was unwrap and fit the front wheel, great service

Prompt delivery, and prompt processing of a return. Got back to my email communciations as well to confirm process.

Great comms so was able to check progress of a bike order and delivery date. Bike was well packed and delivered on time, so happy with the transaction.

Bought a Giant ARX 16 and the box came strangely repacked.

It was assembled but needed crossbar and sadle adjustment.

Upon inserting the saddle Ive noticed it stayed 15 cm above the lowest point when fully down and it the brand was a Madison instead of Giant Grow Technology.

Tools were also not inside the box, which on Giant website should have at least one Allen key. It came with nothing.

This is fraud and a scam, hoping that customers wont see it and I am furious as this was my kids birthday gift.

Why would you do this? I used to trust your company. Never again.

Credit for quick delivery & well packed bike but that’s the only remotely positive thing I can say….
No instructions on how to assemble bike.
No tools to assist with assembly.
Bike faulty-wouldn’t engage gears or motor.
Raised problem via email, within 12hours of delivery-no response.
Tried twice more-no response.
Raised complaint via PayPal.
Joe finally responded with curt responses-denial of emails, no apology.
We demanded a return for full refund after 3 weeks of getting nowhere with Joe.
Despite being 20kg+ e-bike & explaining i don't have a suitable vehicle to transport such a large item, he insisted we take it to a Trek shop, to be ‘packed for return’ or we would only receive a ‘partial refund’, if anything happened to the bike during transit!
I had to hire a van & ask a neighbour to help carry it with me.
PayPal issued the full refund.
Disgraceful customer service.
Cost me money to hire van.
And STILL, no apology.
Would never buy from this company again.

Really good customer service from all terrain cycles there was a error online when I purchased a cube mtb no fault of all terrain and the bike ended up being out of stock so I was offered a giant bike which I am really pleased with that was dispatched the next day one very happy customer would recommend this shop to anyone looking at new bikes.

The staff have been nothing but rude and very unhelpful to my son. He purchased a £3000 bike and had nothing but trouble. When going back to the shop, the staff never want to help and when asked if they could recommend somewhere else that may sell a bike clip replied with ' I don't know i don't work there' it's a good job I wasnt there with my son. I will be coming to see a manager. Disgusted in their attitude, and lack of help and assistant.

I just bought the best bike ever from all terrain cycles, it was delivered in two days. The bike was ready to and is absolutely dreamy, to top it off I got it at incredible discounted price.
