I have 7 Alex and Ani bracelets. It's a real shame that this company is allowed to sell such garbage bracelets. I received all my bracelets as gifts. My family spent good money for these bracelets. They are horrible, totally tarnished. Are now garbage, the company told me there is nothing that can be done. I am writing this so people don't waste your money on this product. The company should be out of business. They are a fraudulent company selling stuff as good, nice jewelry but it turns out to be garbage in a short period of time.

Ordered a sapphire flex cuff bracelet. Wore it 1 day and one of the sapphire stones fell out. Customer service told me the item was still under warranty so they sent me a replacement bracelet. When I took the bracelet out of the box it was already missing one of the sapphire stones. I would not recommend buying the flex cuffs with gem stones. Also, purchased an engraved bracelet which can not be exchanged or returned since it has been personalized. Not worth the money. Because it's engraved it's about $50. Can barely see the engraving and the metal with the engraving is very thin.

Some of the reviews were pretty bad but I wanted to see for myself. I’m glad I did. I ordered bracelets for Christmas presents on Tuesday evening and they arrived Thursday morning. They were priced extremely reasonable and the quality isn’t bad.

Stopped in to get my daughter a birthday gift while in town on vacation. I told the young lady in the store my daughter's birthday for the correct zodiac bracelet. Trusting her rather than double checking what she chose, I presented my daughter with the gift later that night in front of a restaurant of family and friends. It was the wrong sign! My daughter was only in for the day, had to catch a flight the next morning & I had to find my way back to the store from the other side of Vegas. After explaining what happened, they exchanged the bracelet without any compensation for the aggravation and inconvenience. Not even a discount. So now I'm left with a birthday bracelet and no birthday girl for the next two weeks. Thank you for ruining the gift. I will never purchase anything from this jewelry chain ever again.

none of the 3 jerseys I puchased were the correct size and they refused to refund or exchange them.

The first time I came in it was lovely. The second time I was less fortunate. Between their prices, customer service, and cheap craftsmanship I wish I had an option to give 0 stars. When my son came in to talk to me they wouldn't let him in because of a "sensor", the same with my HUSBAND! The minute he walked in they asked bluntly 'are you buying something'. How unprofessional! My advice to anyone trying to buy something there is: Don't.

My daughter bought me two Alex and Ani brackets for Xmas. One for my grandson and one for her. The one for my grandson only began to completely tarnish. I write Customer Svce. Never rec’d a reply. I followed up a month later and was told by Lindsay S “ Tarnish is not covered under our 1-year limited warranty. Upon review, your submission does not fall within our warranty guidelines.” I would never purchase another Alex and Ani bracket as they are not cheap and if they begin to tarnish like mine did it’s very embarrassing especially if it was a gift and how they can tell me that one completely tarnished and the other didn’t when I clean and wear them the same is beyond me. There must obviously be an issue with one of these bracelets and they just didn’t care!!

I love Alex and Ani bracelets!! I ordered a Mother Daughter set on Monday 2/14, and received it 2/16. Amazing shipping time and I love these symbols for me and my baby!!

It takes dummy long to contact customer service. I had to contact customer service just to check on a single ring. You’re better off buying from Ana Luisa or Missoma tbh.

I have collected Alex & Ani bracelets for years, thinking I could one day pass them on to my niece/grandchildren. Their styles & designs are wonderful. HOWEVER, for the price they charge, they really could make a bracelet that doesn’t almost immediately start to tarnish. I store them in an air tight box, keep them dry (skin is not dry however & has natural oils etc so it’s impossible to keep them 100% bone dry while you wear them) & follow all of their so called care instructions, but they still tarnish. Every. Single. One. I’m going to try Pandora this year & see if they are a better investment. Sorry to say, Alex & Ani are junk. Not worth the money. Do better Alex & Ani.

The engraving on the new” made to order “bracelets come out terrible. Light and super small. They will not return which I knew when purchasing but since I’ve bought a ton of bracelets in the past with this company I had trust.
They did nothing to compensate. Not even a discount to buy something else.

The quality has gone downhill but then it wasn't that great to begin with. The latest silver bracelet I got felt stiff and hard to adjust. The charms were fine but the metal is less flexible and you can tell they switched to less expensive metal.

I will never buy these new again - you can get practically brand new ones for cheap on other sites like Poshmark, ebay and Mercari. They are not worth much once you take the tag off and wear it. Not quality silver or gold, just a lot of clever marketing around "positive energy" and the fact they're made in the USA. They tarnish so easily that if they were made in China you'd think they were dollar store items.

I really like their bangle bracelets. I began purchasing them in 2016. However, the charms fall off because the link to hold the charm is not welded on. When the problem first started I was able to return it. Then it became I am really sorry I can buy another one and lastly they offered me a new link to put it on myself again this means it is not welded. When I asked if they could have it welded on the answer was of course NO. I have lost 3 charms and 2 others have fallen off.

I purchased all of my bracelets )approximately 10 -12) of them at the Lenox Square in Buckhead, GA. The last store that I went to and they gave me the link to do it myself was at Perimeter Mall in Atlanta.

So I am very disappointed to say the least.

They r scammers. I bought a string bracelet for $20 and they had the nerve to charge me $21 for shipping. They told me I had it expedited. I’m not stupid. Plz do not allow them to be on the internet to keep scamming people. My husband called them and they were rude and did not want to know anything. Plz get rid of those thieves 👹

I have ordered from Alex and Ani before and I love their products! Bangle Bracelets are my personal Fav! They are SUPER CUTE, GREAT QUALITY and SO UNIQUE AND SPECIAL! The meaning behind each bracelet is absolutely adorable!

I recently ordered 3 more bangle bracelets to give as gifts and I purchased the priority shipping to accelerate the arrival date! I was advised my package would arrive within 3-5 business days...it did not! So, on the 9th business day I called in and spoke to someone about this. They immediately looked into the issue, found out my order was purchased but never sent out! They refunded me the full price as they had to create a new order. However, when repurchasing the order they honoured the discount that came along with the bracelets when I purchased my order originally, they waived all shipping fees and gave me an even higher priority shipping! The lady on the phone was kind, quick and very helpful! It is not very often that customer service representatives care about you when you call in, but I could tell she truly cared about my order, understood my concern, apologized for the issue that occurred and made me feel happy and satisfied leaving the phone call. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy cute, quality, affordable and meaningful jewelry!

I received my chain link bracelet. I was disappointed it wasn't shiny silver. And it's worse now for the wear. I've been wearing soon as I got it, for couple weeks now. Whatever it's painted with is wearing off fast. I don't recommend this company's jewelry, not worth 10$, much less the 40$ I paid.

I never received my charms from them and when called to get help, I was told it’s nothing they could do about it.

Yes, I read that shipping could be delayed because of Covid, but that did not pop up until after I had selected and paid for my shipping method. Still has not arrived, have to return and buy different gifts for tomorrow graduation.

These products are garbage..... looks nothing like the pictures looks like something you can buy from the dollar store they won't refund me my money I paid over 100 bucks for this crap.... and all they say is we can give you a gift card!!! I don't want a gift card I will never buy from them again or recommend to anyone else!!!

I just received my Alex and Ani stretch beaded bracelets. I ordered 2 one for my best friend and one for me. The beads are so small it’s ridiculous, this product is truly misrepresented on their website. In the description it said fits 6-8” wrists. That’s not true either. It’s snug on my 10 year old 80 pound neice, who I gave it to because it does not fit an adult. I frequently purchase Alex and Ani and I’m always satisfied but this one was a definite dud. I will never order from the website anymore I will continue to shop in the store for future purchases.
