Disculpe pero lo que responden no soluciona mi problema. Si uno hace este tipo de operaciones, es confiando en que en "15 días hábiles" según indican uds mismos, estará disponible. Están jugando con la salud y necesidad de las personas. Les pido acelerar sus procesos y ser diligentes con estos casos, más respeto y empatía por favor. ¿Cuánto más debo esperar? veo los comentarios de las personas que han esperado ¡hasta 1 año! y mientras tanto qué? cómo solucionamos, nos morimos, ¿seguimos endeudándonos?. Quedo atenta!. Gracias.

My project ended earlier last year, did all they instructed me to do in order to get the payment and to date nothing!!! I hope someone fight them on our behalf. I have been sending emails several times and the seemingly automated email answers......

Airfunding are a BIG SCAMMERS. My project ended on the 9th of Jan 24 and I waited for my project payout. When I wrote to them earlier in January they did not reply until I wrote a review about them. They said I should wait for 21-28 working days which have passed now.

Today I got a reply from Joyjit Roy after my inquiry to say I will have to wait longer as they are still processing others' payouts. What a nerve and the 'I do not care attitude'.

Warning to new projects: Do not request the public money for your assistance especially if your loved one is in hospital and needs funds urgently. Airfunding is a scam and their strategy is to make money with cryptocurrency companies on bitcoin. I am certain our money is lying there so that they can trade and take profits from bitcoin or other currencies.

Use them at your own risk.

I firmly believe that this organisation comprises fraudulent scammers. They have not not responded to my last email. Amd with the previous they did not answer my questions as to why there is a donation fee to be taken off each sponsorship and an additional fee off the final amount. Funds are not deposited. I did the airfunding to fund my daughter's s studies. College starts next month and the fundraising is nowhere to to seen. I have reported the matter locally and will be proceeding to do it internationally. I will also be informing Kraken. The cryptocurrency platform which they have urged clients to sign up for for their deposits. I doubt they would want to be associated with scammers.

Coloque número de cuenta en criptomoneda y nada que me depositan, escribo correos pero existe un gran silencio por parte del soporte, realmente es un pésimo servicio y termina siendo estafa

Would not even give these guys even a single star they are real scamers you will create a project it gets funded then they start lying to you my project ended last year till now received nothing from them please someone stop these guys from stealing people

Horrible plataforma, mi hija tiene una enfermedad huérfana, necesito esos fondos para su tratamiento, el proyecto termino en septiembre del año pasado y no me han dado respuesta. PORFAVOR RESPONDAN POR EL DINERO

Fraud it’s a fraud, they haven’t sent my money yet and it’s been more than 4 months, they keep sending emails telling me that my money will be transferred soon.

When will I get my funds? Nobod has emailed me yet

Tengo más de 5 meses de haber terminado mi proyecto y no me han dado respuesta. No me ha llegado nada de dinero y no me contestan los correos electrónicos.

Hoy 23 se Abril de 2024 Y aún siguen sin entregar el dinero recaudado, sin contactarme de nuevo y sin dar evidencias de que no han robado el dinero que familiares y amigos depositaron en la plataforma para apoyar nuestra iniciat8va familiar. Mienten. Incluso cuando responden públicamente en esta plataforma, que han enviado correos actualizando información sobre los desembolsos. Mienten. No entregan los fondos recaudados, no informan con claridad que pasa. No te contactan. Parece una gran estafa.

They are not responding to my emails. I have $1,000 with them and they are not updating me. The funds are already over 1 month with them. I don’t know if Airfunding is a scam or what. But they should be transparent because the funds will be using for something very important.

These guys are straight scammers, I ended my project last November 2023 and gathered $500 worth of donations. Up to date, they haven't transfer it. They will just use delay tactics saying 7-14 business days and repeat themselves over and over and over until you get tired.

They're not responsive after your project is finished. Like other comments here I am experiencing the same treatment from air funding. Why do you need to take so much time to process the release of funds? First of all that money is belong to us and not in your company. Donors pay you already for giving donations and you deducted 8% from us the project owner then why did you hold the funds for so so so long? Never on this site again, airfunding it very terrible. Go to GoFundMe.

¿A alguien le ha pagado? Podríamos tomar acciones legales. Llevo 6 meses esperando mi dinero. Llevo ya 2 operaciones por las cuales abrí las donaciones y aún nada. Al principio respondían los mail pero ahora que deberían hacer mi pago no volvieron a responder. Es una estafa y por lo que veo te cobran un porcentaje lo cual no se informa al abrir un proyecto. Tampoco te dicen que solo pagan en cryptomonedas (no en dinero directo) y recomiendan una página en particular para hacerlo (sospecho que son los mismos que quieren cobrar 2 veces)

PD: Aún cuando en su respuesta dice que me enviaron una actualización. No lo han hecho. He vuelto a enviar mail, espero respondan

I cannot say it's a scam because I received my funds after a month of sending them loads of emails, But here are the things that need to be improved.
=Please update people on what to do next after the project ends to avoid confusion and worry about scamming.
=Withdrawing money from Kraken works, but as much as the service fee is concerned bank transfer is far better, faster, and most cost-effective method. In my personal experience, 12% was the total deduction from my total money, which includes the service fee throughout transferring and withdrawing.
=Transfering money to the project owner must be prompt 1 month is fine but more than 2 months is not a good idea, management should take immediate action because people in Airfunding are in need.

Overall "patience" is a virtue in waiting for the money but it's all worth it. Thank you Airfunding!

Its a non sense fund raising site. Why asking from nearby people? Im asking for help because it was needed. Crypto will be given, stress to withdraw. Its not help... so complicated.

y sigo a la espera. no es posible que aun no tenga lo que recolecte. tengo cancer y necesito el dinero. alguien sabe que otras acciones puedo tomar. ya tengo varias denuncias que hice por este medio y solo dicen que envie el numero de proyecto o email. ya lo hice y nada. se podra denunciar a esta empresa? hice mi proyecto en esta web pensando que me ayudaria pero no fue asi. mejor les hubiera dicho a mis amigos que me den el dinero directamente, supuestamente esta web te llevaba al area global y nada
