Having wrestled with Wizz Air and their deliberate pack of half-truths, obfuscations and palm-offs for over a year, we gave the matter to Airreclaim.
At the time, we had all but given up but because there was a significant amount at stake, we didn´t really want to bow to the Wizz tactics.
Nevertheless, Airreclaim collected in a short while our whole refund. They were professional and easy to deal with. We would recommend them to anyone unethical airlines like Wizz Air try to rip off

I've had a very good experience. This process was super simple and fast. My flight was one of the many cancelled ones during 2020 and the airline company only offered vouchers, no refunds. So I saw an ad on Instagram about Aireclaim and decided to try to get the refund from the airline through them. I waited about two weeks, as Aireclaim said I would, and then they let me know that the complaint has passed and I will receive a refund, from which they will deduct their percentage. I received a refund shortly and I would definitely go through Aireclaim again.

I totally recommend Aireclaim! Even with all the mess linked to COVID they allowed me to completely forget about my refund, took care of everything and came back to me directly with the money.

Thanks to Aireclaim, we could be refunded by OPODO. Without Aireclaim, OPODO would never refund us.
