Very helpful and communicative staff in getting my refund sorted.

We had booked round trip tickets for May 2020 on Laudamotion which is owned by Rynair. Flights were cancelled, rejected offer of a voucher and kept waiting for a cash refund from Ryanair. Impossible to communicate and Laudamotion went into liquidation. Don't mind at all parting with 30% commission to get a full refund five days after submitting the paperwork to Aireclaim. Good work! Now if they will only get me my money back from WOW AIR :)

My flight was cancelled due to Covid-19 outbreak that suppose to take place in May 2020. As the ticket was bought through travel agency, it made difficult claiming refund. Last year I had booked a flight via 3rd party website i.e Opodo. As there was a change of date for my flight, I had to cancel my ticket and switch to another airline. When I cancelled my flight, I was told I would be refunded soon. The refund process turned from days to weeks to months and now to a year. In the middle of this refund process (almost 6 months past), I had read terrible review of Opodo of how it takes so much time to get refunded and even sometimes don't get refunded at all. I then decided to look for organisations and legal companies that can pressure them to return my refund. I found airclaim and decided to use their services. It took them about a bit (7-8 months) to pressurize them enough to get my refund back. I'm glad that I used their services and recommend everyone else to do so too.

Definitely would recommend Aireclaim. Although it took a year to claim the money back for the flight tickets, they did a fantastic job eventually and we received full refund in this difficult covid time. Hopefully we won’t need to claim any airline again, but if we do we will definitely ask Aireclaim again. Thank you 🙏

Our flight was cancelled by the airline due to Coronavirus...we found that the flights were eventually made, but we received an email saying flights are cancelled and that we will be refunded in full the amount of money. but one year nothing happened, we started to take an interest in our money, but for the next half a year nothing happened. Then we found out that the company had disappeared ...we didn't think that wer get our money back, but with Aireclaim this was done in three months.

I recommend airclaim if you are struggling to refund a flight ticket. I got my money back in 3 months.

I was struggling over a year to return my money from cancelled flight to Rome FCO, and instead of the money refund the company constantly was offering Just a voucher for the next flight. That was not what I wanted, and in even 5 calls with the company representatives nothing was solved.

We cancelled our trip to the USA due to the Covid situation worldwide 1,5 years ago. We did everything as said by the airline, but at the end they refused to help us. We did not got a penny back. My flight from Vilnius to Barcelona was canceled cause the covid 19 situation and i had a lot of problems with airlines "Ryainair" for a money refund of tickets.It all took 1 year period ant finally aireclaim company helped me to get my money back.Good job!

So I bought airplane tickets for May 2019 with Ryanair to Barcelona. Covid 19 came and Ryanair canceled the flight. Wanted to give me a voucher with 12 months expiration. I then contacted aireclaim to help me with the issue. It was almost 2 years to get my money back but it finally came. Moral of the story, due to COVID 19 has been two years with no traveling and they wanted to give me a 12 month voucher. Thank you aireclaim team.

Thank to Airclaim , the claim was settled and I was able to get back the money down to single cent. It was difficult to solve the issue directly with the LOT airline as the ticket we as booked via travel agency and the travel agency was not interested to settle the refund.

Our flight was cancelled due to pandemic and we were offered vouchers as a refund. Instead we contacted Aireclaim team and they took it over from there. Aireclaim team was very quick and friendly with the communication and in the end we got our refund for the tickets. I would definitely recommend their service if you have a similar problem!

Very helpful guys. Considering how complex getting compensation in this turbulent times might be, it took quite a lot of communication and I just want to thank them for their efforts. Sharing your personal data, neccessary in case of getting your money back, is quite a risk these days, no doubt about it. But in my particular case everything turned out all right.
