They did not help me get a full refund from the air company, although I had paid a fee when initially buying the tickets which was supposed to guarantee me a full refund no matter what, so it should have been an easy case.
Then they harassed me with e-mails asking me to transfer them money through a fishy service I had never used.
I had barely recovered 30% of the money I had spent, so I was still losing, but the amount they were asking me to tranfer was higher than what I had recovered.
So for "assisting" me to recover less than 30% of the amount, I was supposed to pay more than what I recovered.

SCAM!
SCAM!! they are doing nothing useful but they ask you for updates and ask you to pay the percentage of refund even if you did not get the refund from their channel, they will threaten and chasing you to pay otherwise taking legal actions you can ignore them simply and threaten them to sue them as they are doing a fake or a scam work

Appalling communication and no money back
Like thousands of travellers, my flights were cancelled during Covid and, as I could not get the airline to refund me, I asked Aireclaim to take up the case. Aireclaim's communication has been appalling, I never received any updates from them unless I chased. After more than 2 years waiting, I chased again and they told me the airline (Aeromexico) "does not respond to our inquiries and therefore we are unable to proceed further with your case."

My flight were cancelled due to technical problems and the company suggest me to fly home at the next day at 17:45,not the best solution as I were with a 4y.o boy in different city,I would to say thanks to air claim as they helped me to fill documents and the checked everything so I could receive compensation

We are very thankful for airclaim job. It took long time to get back money from Lufthansa, but finally they got. We bought 2 business class tickets from Madrid to Riga. The government of Latvia closed airport in Riga. Reason covid pandemic. We canceled tickets, but Lufthansa refund just 140 euro, because of their policy. Airclaim did perfect job and got rest of all amount.

I bought flight tickets from Marco Polo Venice to Pearsons Toronto just before C-19 grounded all flights for some time. Intermediate agency was Travelgenio from Spain. Travelgenio just sent me an e-mail saying that my flight was grounded and that I can use voucher which was valid for 2 years (until 20.6.2022). I tried to reach Travelgenio on several occasions just to find out that they were bought by Otravo Netherland. I also tried to reach them, but no one responded the calls. I contacted a friend from Netherland and he said that he heard a lot of complaints against Otravo and that I must be prepared for black scenario. And here Airclaim steped in. After I sent all documentations to Airclaim I received a refund within 30 days. So I'm really thankful to Airclaim crew as they were the only ones that I could talk to regarding my refund issue.

Excellent result to marks
After zero results of phoning and e-mailing dozens of times to try and re-claim lost flight ticket money I had all but given up ever getting anything back. As a last resort I though I might try a company that specialises in that sort of thing but with very little hope of success. Aireclaim however we're very professional in their approach and I had to do very little and they recovered the full amount. Obviously there is a charge which I was happy to pay and would recommend there service to anyone that needs help.
After almost 2 years I received today…
After almost 2 years I received today my compensation for a Swiss flight.
The 25% (that now increased to 30%) was correct but never I was informed about the VAT nor the 25€+VAT (again) handling fee.
Not very transparent..
Would recommend to read all the fine print
