I had claimed with the airline at first but they have never answered. Luckily I contacted Aireclaim and had to send the documents but i was able to receive the compensation after a few months!! So gla... Mehr ansehen

They were able to get me compensation for a delayed Ryanair flight in a short time, after I had tried to reach costumer support directly for a few weeks with no response.

They did not help me get a full refund from the air company, although I had paid a fee when initially buying the tickets which was supposed to guarantee me a full refund no matter what, so it should have been an easy case.
Then they harassed me with e-mails asking me to transfer them money through a fishy service I had never used.
I had barely recovered 30% of the money I had spent, so I was still losing, but the amount they were asking me to tranfer was higher than what I had recovered.
So for "assisting" me to recover less than 30% of the amount, I was supposed to pay more than what I recovered.

We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment, but we must clarify a few points. The fee you mention for a “full refund guarantee” was paid directly to the airline when purchasing your tickets, not to Aireclaim. We have no control over such airline products and cannot enforce them—only the airline can.

Aireclaim operates exclusively under EU Regulation 261/2004, helping passengers obtain compensation or refunds when airlines refuse to pay voluntarily. Our commission (30%) is clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions, which every client agrees to before we take on a case.

This review is unfair, as it criticizes us for the airline’s policies and for terms that were fully transparent from the beginning. We always encourage passengers to carefully read the T&C before signing, and we remain committed to fighting for passengers’ rights within the legal framework available.

SCAM!

SCAM!! they are doing nothing useful but they ask you for updates and ask you to pay the percentage of refund even if you did not get the refund from their channel, they will threaten and chasing you to pay otherwise taking legal actions you can ignore them simply and threaten them to sue them as they are doing a fake or a scam work

We are disappointed to see this review, which does not reflect the facts. Aireclaim is a regulated service provider that works under EU Regulation 261/2004, and we only charge the agreed commission after successfully obtaining compensation for our clients.

In your case, compensation was indeed recovered thanks to our work, but you refused to pay the service fee you accepted in our Terms & Conditions. Accusing us of being a “scam” because you chose not to honor the agreement is unfair and misleading.

We never ask for payment unless a result has been achieved, and we use only legitimate, transparent payment channels. Our team is dedicated to defending passengers’ rights against airlines that refuse to comply with the law, and we will continue to do so with integrity.

Appalling communication and no money back

Like thousands of travellers, my flights were cancelled during Covid and, as I could not get the airline to refund me, I asked Aireclaim to take up the case. Aireclaim's communication has been appalling, I never received any updates from them unless I chased. After more than 2 years waiting, I chased again and they told me the airline (Aeromexico) "does not respond to our inquiries and therefore we are unable to proceed further with your case."

We always explain at the start of every case that we avoid sending unnecessary updates, as we don’t want to flood our clients’ inboxes until there is a concrete answer from the airline or authority. Unfortunately, in your case, there was never a conclusive response.

The COVID-19 crisis created extraordinary circumstances in aviation—airlines and authorities alike were overwhelmed, and in many situations they stopped responding altogether. This left many passengers, as well as claim agencies like ours, without clear paths to resolution.

While we understand your frustration, please know that our team did pursue your case, but Aeromexico’s refusal to engage made it impossible to advance further. We remain committed to helping passengers in every case where airlines are willing—or can be compelled—to respond.

My flight were cancelled due to…

My flight were cancelled due to technical problems and the company suggest me to fly home at the next day at 17:45,not the best solution as I were with a 4y.o boy in different city,I would to say thanks to air claim as they helped me to fill documents and the checked everything so I could receive compensation

We are very thankful for airclaim job and will use it again if has such problems.

We are very thankful for airclaim job. It took long time to get back money from Lufthansa, but finally they got. We bought 2 business class tickets from Madrid to Riga. The government of Latvia closed airport in Riga. Reason covid pandemic. We canceled tickets, but Lufthansa refund just 140 euro, because of their policy. Airclaim did perfect job and got rest of all amount.

I bought flight tickets from Marco Polo…

I bought flight tickets from Marco Polo Venice to Pearsons Toronto just before C-19 grounded all flights for some time. Intermediate agency was Travelgenio from Spain. Travelgenio just sent me an e-mail saying that my flight was grounded and that I can use voucher which was valid for 2 years (until 20.6.2022). I tried to reach Travelgenio on several occasions just to find out that they were bought by Otravo Netherland. I also tried to reach them, but no one responded the calls. I contacted a friend from Netherland and he said that he heard a lot of complaints against Otravo and that I must be prepared for black scenario. And here Airclaim steped in. After I sent all documentations to Airclaim I received a refund within 30 days. So I'm really thankful to Airclaim crew as they were the only ones that I could talk to regarding my refund issue.

Excellent result to marks

After zero results of phoning and e-mailing dozens of times to try and re-claim lost flight ticket money I had all but given up ever getting anything back. As a last resort I though I might try a company that specialises in that sort of thing but with very little hope of success. Aireclaim however we're very professional in their approach and I had to do very little and they recovered the full amount. Obviously there is a charge which I was happy to pay and would recommend there service to anyone that needs help.

After almost 2 years I received today…

After almost 2 years I received today my compensation for a Swiss flight.
The 25% (that now increased to 30%) was correct but never I was informed about the VAT nor the 25€+VAT (again) handling fee.
Not very transparent..
Would recommend to read all the fine print

Aireclaim is a trustful company

Aireclaim is a trustful company. I wrote them an email explaining all what happened to me and all the expenses I had because of one delayed flight, they solved my case in about 1 month. I received a compensation from the air company thanks to their efforts. Good team, I recommend!
