Money not well spent
The engineer was very pleasant and timing was great. But it cost me almost a£100 to say they couldn’t fix my problem - losing tv stations. They probably could have given me the reason on the phone without coming out.

We’re pleased to hear that you found the engineer pleasant and punctual, but we’re sorry to read that you feel the visit did not represent value for money.
The diagnostic charge covers the engineer’s time, travel and assessment of the issue. Signal loss can be caused by a number of factors, and these cannot be accurately confirmed over the phone without testing the system on site.
In this instance, the engineer identified that the quad LNB had deteriorated and become water damaged, which was causing the intermittent signal loss. A quotation was provided to supply and fit a replacement LNB, allowing you to decide whether you wished to proceed.
If you would like to discuss the findings further or arrange the recommended repair, our customer service team would be happy to assist.
Excellent experience
Excellent, efficient and friendly service from start to finish. Engineer made a full assessment explained and talked through options. Recommended a TV mount suitable for my stud wall with a tilt and slight pivot which I wanted. All completed on same day as initial enquiry. A little pricey - but would highly recommend.

Went to online chat & next day appointment made, no fuss. £80 quoted, digital aerial fitted inside loft & took 30mins, however original price was for repairs. New aerial cost £189.60 inclusive of vat. Service great, however wasn’t expecting such a difference in price.

From our records, this appointment was booked as a Sky diagnostic health check, which allows the engineer to assess the system, identify any faults and provide guidance or a quotation for any additional work required.
If further setup was needed for the bedroom TV or soundbar, this would normally be discussed on site and quoted separately before proceeding. The diagnostic charge covers the engineer’s time and assessment regardless of whether additional work is carried out.

Friendly professional staff and engineer who came out to me.
From making the initial call to arrange appointment for quotes for two options. The differences were explained clearly and could be understood . No hard sell!
Even had the work done earlier than expected as engineer was in my area and was able to come round, so went ahead with the work. So glad I did extremely happy and saved money by doing so.

The installation engineer knew what he was doing, when he placed the tv on the wall. He installed it very quickly with no wires showing and he was chatty . He told me why he wouldn’t recommend the bracket I had purchased some years ago and he was right . I would have made a right mess of it. Certainly would use them again

No way no how
We only received a qoute from this company and never actually used them for the works. They were quick and friendly to respond. From the phone call we understood that we would be looking at about £120 +vat to hang a sky glass tv, with the proviso that we have the correct bracket. Chap came out and said nope £360 oh and I would have to give him a hand to actually hang it on the bracket or he would have to get a second engineer to assist which would significantly increase the price. I get we had the wrong bracket which was extra but that would have taken it to something like 250. This amount was nuts for what would have been a quick job. I would not recommend them.
