The customer service is great and are able to help to fix any issues that I might have. I needed my activation key to use for video keeper and got it resolved quickly.

There are a lot of good products on the market. What can make a 4 star product a 5 star is when you have a problem and it is addressed professionally, promptly with the solution provided. I have used this product for 2 years now. I had my first technical problem. I sent a help message, it was responded to immediately and it was resolved immediately and they followed up. Gold Star to the tech support team. You make an already very good product, great!

Experience was great, in fact it was awesome. Software is great and customer support is equally awesome. The team is a good listener and made all efforts to solve the problem, they were very prompt to reply as well. The software is absolutely great for my line of profession. I wish them all the best and to keep it up.

I started using VideoKeeper last summer for downloading videos, especially some live video to be able to watch them later. At first, it worked perfectly, hence I bought the software. But then probably Youtube changed their protocol, and Videokeeper cannot download live videos anymore... I immediately wrote to customer service to tell them, but only got a vague answer. It's been more than 2 months and the app still hasn't been updated. And I received no reply to my last e-mail asking for an update. Other softwares have already adapted to the change, so it's possible to do it. It seems Acethinker just doesn't care...

I bought Video Keeper to help with some aspects of my job and it has been a LIFESAVER and timesaver! I had one tiny problem at the beginning, I emailed the support team and they immediately emailed me back and resolved the problem within a matter of minutes! I am extremely pleased with their product and customer service.

I downloaded Music Keeper and used the free trial. Converting videos to mp3 and downloading the mp3s at any quality was simple and always successful.

Once I had exhausted all my free downloads entitlement, I bought a 1 month licence. I didn't go for anything longer as I wanted to check it wasn't a company that took your money and disappeared. I was disappointed that the keycode I was allocated didn't work. However I emailed support and was sent a new code within minutes, which worked.

Assuming I can continue to download as I have done so far, I recommend this product and the customer service.

I have been using the Video Keeper for a few years now. Along the way, I had a bit of issue with it and wrote to Acethinker for help. To my surprise, their response was prompt and most helpful in resolving my issue.

I definitely recommend this company.

I've been using two of Ace thinkers products (Video Keeper & Screen Grabber) for a number of years now and haven't found better TBH. I've rarely had to use support but when I have issues have always been resolved in a timely manner.

All AceThinker software products are quality products. The support is good and the updates are fantastic. I hope they can expand to other operating systems even more.

Incredible follow up and help through a series of issues with installing their PDF Editor for Mac. I purchased a lifetime license through a third party seller and when I downloaded the app it didn't look and function anything like the product description. The AceThinker support team got back to me quickly and stayed in touch through a series of communications to help me get a new version and get the license registered.

Bought a year-subscription last year. The activation-proces was very frustrating, but in the end it worked. Sometimes I used VideoKeeper to download MP3's from youtube-clips, but very often it resulted in a error "can't find the video clip" (just normal regular popsong-video's). In the end it hardly worked. It posted several complains and asked for help through the website-mailform, but never received any reply. Very bad service and bad product.

Purchased a lifetime subscription but had problems activating it because the Verification Code request wasn't working. Contacted Support and it came back to me very quickly. Another small hitch relating to password change but again Support was quick off the mark.

Have PDFElement on my other computer and this seems to be better

Youtube downloads are extremely slow. I downloaded the same video on 4kVideo Downloader way faster.
This software fails to download anything from Facebook and Instagram. Using the Detector just downloads random mp4 files. The Detector wont even open Instagram. Oh and the Detector crashes after logging in to Facebook through the Detector. Don't waste your money on this.
