Extremely satasfied. Order process was easy. Received a telephone call the same day with an estimated delivery, which was beaten.

The door is fantastic, but in 2014 we should be able to have a better delivery estimate. It wasn't even AM or PM just the day, very frustrating then when they don't turn up until 6pm. Come on Kershaw's Doors, you need to use a better delivery company.

Great support on the phone and by email to ensure that I got the correct door.

Kershaw, especially Ian, could not have been better as a company to deal with. However, their delivery firm only delivered in my area on a 'once per week' basis - hence,not only was delivery 'expensive' it was also timely.

Outside of that, as I said, great product, helpful company, good price.

I ordered a door to match our existing 1930's 6-panel doors. The door was delivered on time without problems. I was most impressed by the friendly, helpful service when I followed up with some technical questions. The door looks great and hopefully will withstand the test of time.

was really easy to place order on line only draw back had to wait 3 weeks to get them because they were not in stock.... however when they arrived they were in perfect condition and good quality all I can say I am very satisfied with Kershaw doors and the whole experience from start to finish and would use this company again.

I ordered a high quality oak rain bar on line and it arrived within 48 hours. No hassle & no problems. Exactly how it should always be but with some suppliers isn't so. I recommend this company.

I needed two custom made doors for an attic conversion with the doors only 1650mm tall. To match the rest of the house I wanted doors made with 4 panels. I found the experience of placing my order with Kershaws to be efficient and informative. I was certainly worth visiting the showroom to look at the doors 'in the flesh' prior to ordering.

The people at the end of the phone were very helpful. Our order went through without a hitch and we were informed of delivery date well in advance. The doors are lovely and were at a good price. We would buy from them again and recommend to a friend.

Well made door and elegant looking. Door fitter was impressed.
We painted the door with 3 coats of undercoat, gloss still being applied, required sanding down after first coat of U/C.

First class sevice no fault dealing with sales

After many hours spent on internet looking for ready-made doors and not finding size we wanted, decided on custom made. Chose Kershaws as they had a good choice on an easy to view website; a good price inc delivery; very helpful when rang with any queries and to place order. Timeframe was a bit out, as were supposed to get before christmas but when rang to check when, they were on a boat somewhere with 2 stops to make. They arrived mid jan and were worth the wait. Good quality, sizes exact plus a 2 man team to bring inside.

Kershaw doors provided the door I had been looking for. They replied quickly to my order and sorted out the courier. The courier rang to book a suitable day and then they rang on the day approx one hour before they delivered the door.
