I have been to the site for almost a…week

I have been to the site for almost a week nevertheless have had a tense experience, the participants are so active and appreciative, no surprise hence the curators of the page are so welcoming and supportive. I have been still and will enjoy my stay where i feel that photography is considered a life passion.

Ultimately Rernault Doesn't Cut The Mustard

Renault: if you're interested in improving your product please be 100% certain to foreward the entirety of this feedback to your designers in France. (NB I'm adamant that I don't require or want any reply whatsoever.)

After completing just 700 miles in it, disenchanted I last week ditched the brand new Renault Clio E-tech I bought last September and traded it in for the far superior - in so many, many ways - latest Honda Jazz. There were four main reasons for my decision: (1) notwithstanding the car was only four months old the cabin developed a slight rattle - unacceptable/unforgivable (2) the bonnet release lever was always annoyingly stiff and very awkward to operate - on one occasion the bonnet couldn't be closed for a long time (3) most agrevating of all the satnav voice-over instructions were largely garbled and indistinct added to which the alpha‐numeric graphics on the top left-hand corner of the screen were tiny, thin and difficult to read - grrrrrrrrrrr! (4) the car's ride quality was noticeably somewhat hard and the vehicle didn't 'cope' with potholes at all well.

Cumulatively, a massive disappointment, the only bright spot being the impressive dealer, Hendy, in Tunbridge Wells and particularly Mark, one of their salesmen.

●As for Renault, good riddance, severally and memorably you sank to the occasion●.

MG Beaconsfield great experience throughout

I went to MG Beaconsfield to test drive an MG4, having read the great reviews about it. I was really impressed with the look and feel of the car. The salesman Martin was friendly but not at all pushy- which I liked. Having bought the car, I was kept informed of what was happening and when the car would arrive. I collected the car on Tuesday and although Martin wasn’t there, due to illness, the other two salesmen Aneil and Elliot ( I think) made it a very special occasion. Thank you all for making it such a positive experience.

We booked with last min . Com to go away in Dec we can’t make the dates so asked could we change dates and they said no so lost our deposit how stupid is that we were still booking with them and booking would have been a lot more but they said no.SO PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WOTH LADT MIN.com

Beware of this product

ecom7 Limited advertises their product UltraHeat Pro on line, as a way to significantly reduce your heating bills, providing a 30 day money back guarantee if not satisfied. The heater is USELESS-it failed to heat a small bedroom after being on the maximum heat setting (32) for 2 hours. I requested a refund within a few days and was told I could return the item, but I would have to bear the cost of the return. Alternatively I could accept a replacement free of charge-which I did. I now have two USELESS heaters that together on the maximum settings fail to heat a small bedroom. Adding insult to injury I paid the discounted price of 59.95 euros, only to find I could have purchased the same product from Amazon at half that price. Be warned would be buyer, you are well and truly throwing your money away, if you purchase this USELESS product.

I recommend Luno but want to post this review so that they can up their client service .On My Luno profile I am verified.The I get an sms: Dear user- Your Luno bitcoin wallet Has been Deactivated On The Luno SSL Server and account will be blocked Tap To verify.
I do that and get no access to the site. Have done it dozens of times. Cannot get Hold of Luno in anyway to sort this out.
There is funds that is pending now for 7 days to go to my bank.
Please luno Help help help.I do recommend Luno But dont block me and then you do nothing to unblock.

Balsam Hill Prompt and professional I just wish I hadn't waited years to make the decision to transition from live trees to their artificial collection.

It's so hard to find great customer service this day and age. Every one at that company was wonderful in answering all my questions. No matter what time a day I asked. so thank you all for your hard work and assistance.

We normally get our holiday trees for free. (We allow a farmer to grow and sell Christmas trees on a piece of our land). 

However, the trees that we brought home always seemed to have bugs and I hate cutting down my own tree, what a hassle! Not to mention the mess of cleaning up all the dirt, water and dead pine needles after the new year. I guess this means I'm getting old, but I don't care. I'm so happy. There were spider nests last year in our tree and my son and I would lay all snuggled up watching television in the living room, with a can of insect repellant. Numerous spiders covered our fire place, walls and ceiling.  Most nights they also crawled on us. Eeewwww.

Disgusting!!! One year it was flies.

I'll let it slide that the Sample box was unavailable for consumer customizing. All I needed to know was that your Black Hill Spruce tree was green and not blue and I'm sold. And if I'm being honest without the sample box, I never would have been able to make the decision. The sample box actually really did help. Great idea. It was really my friends and family that were afraid the Black Hill Spruce would be a bluish hue. The pictures on your website truly show intricate detail and booming accurate color. I plan to write a review telling people to trust your website,  because of its accuracy.

You are all great. I can't wait. No more procrastinating when it's Holiday time,  If you send me my tree by Halloween, I'll be putting it up early this year.

Please be aware that if u buy from them and require customer service it will take you months to get any contact. Took me 2 months to get a response. Bought a suite in July 2021. By Dec 2021 the item became faulty. March 2022 before I managed to get a response. Now October 2022 and still awaiting what they say can be repair. A suite which is only one year old should not have to be repaired so soon. Maybe get this repaired in 2023 if lucky.

Just returned from diamond of bodrum…

Just returned from diamond of bodrum hotel. On arrival put in room in basement. No balcony, brick wall three quarters up outside window. Bathroom disgusting filthy.asked to move immediately. Told no rooms for 2 days. Given another room on day 3. Do not think this hotel ever heard of bleach. Meals were just about ok. Would not recommend main courses. Some parts hotel were fine but would not go again. Not one for complaining usually, but was no way 5*. Would put it as 3*. Staff were generally very good.

I had booked an apartment for a holiday at New apartment in Siberland Olive Garden, Avsallar - Apartments for... Entire apartment in Alanya, Turkey (Through Airbnb company)

I had booked an apartment for a holiday in Turkey-Alanya through the Airbnb for 6 night stay and paid in advance. On arrival, we shocked to find the apartment was in NO ways similar or matching the description in their website. After unpleasant stay of few hours stay we decide to leave and to check out in hurry and then immediately booked a hotel in Alanya where we found the real comfort with pleasant and helpful staff their.
Immediately (after the arrival) we have submitted our complaint to the host (Tatyana) about the apartment but she refused to cooperate in refunding what I have paid for. Then I had submitted a written complaint to Airbnb requesting to look at my case very seriously and asking for refund but unfortunately I had received a negative reply.

The following complaints were sent to the Airbnb and the host but with negative reply from them:
Below are the points of my complaint:
1. There is no reception in the complex to guide us for the property except a security guard who hardly speak English and he only directed us to the location of the apartment but offer no help at all (that was in the middle of the night and left us struggling in finding the location of the apartment).
2. Even though, the security guard location was at a distance of 20 minutes walk from the apartment.
3. The apartment location was not as it was described in the website, because we can see from the balcony the ugly scenery of road building rubbles (we had texted the photos of that ugly scenery to the host by WhatsApp text to proof that).
4. No body has recommended her apartment to us (as she had mentioned in her text to us) but we booked it through the website of Airbnb for an apartment at (New apartment in Siberland Olive
Garden, Avsallar - Apartments for...
Entire apartment in Alanya, Turkey).
5. The host has not been helpful at all and instead of cooperating with us she complained about her health which is nothing to do with us. On contrary I mentioned to her that my wife is diabetic (on daily insulin) and hypertensive. My wife was severely stressed on that day with her blood sugar shooting high due to the stress the host had put us in it.
6. The host didn’t bother herself to call us in order to give us some help, or offering to us an alternative accommodation but on contrary she did only communicate with us by WhatsApp and texted to tell us that we have to wait 5-6 hours in order to see and meet us face to face. Furthermore, after the few hours of our stay at the apartment, I texted her asking to call a taxi for us in order to leave her horrible apartment and to check out as we booked a hotel in Alanya, Her reply was: that we have to walk the long distance from the apartment to the security guard place in order to ask him to order the Taxi and to drop the key of the apartment rather than helping us to order a taxi from her side.
7. We didn’t have any guide to lead us for the facilities within the complex such as the supermarket, using swimming pool and others facilities but she left us in the middle of nowhere.
8. On that morning we noticed a very bad smell (very nauseous) when we opened the main door leading to the corridor (probably the neighbour apartments may cook garlic food), as the whole area leading to the elevators was full of that bad smells.
9. On arrival late night, the apartment was not equipped with necessary essential, such as soap, shampoo, drinking water and the wardrobe was filthy as well as the linen. These were on contrary to what were described in the website.
According to the above, she and Airbnb had misleading us in offering an apartment which appeared to be not as described in the website and once again we insisted on the full refund for what we have paid for (which were addressed to the host and Airbnb but both both refused our request).
Finally, we don’t recommend neither Airbnb nor this apartment for any holiday makers as they both were unhelpful and unfriendly in solving our problems but only charging us the 6 nights we didn’t stay in that horrible apartment.

Easycar is a thief

Due to the absence of international driving permit, having an international driving license, and couldn't get a car. Easycar rejected any refund. I even offered them to charge 5% commissions, but they have stolen the whole amount..... And the customer service's employees are falsely polite....Hope this company will become a bankrupt very soon, coz will lose all the clients.

Sharps Bedrooms First Class

Sharps Bedrooms installed wardrobes and cabinets for us and the experience from first contact to installation was first class. Sales and design, surveyor and installer were all professional, hard working and did exactly what they said they would do. In particular our installer Anthony Dirker was first class and we are delighted with the end result.
