The WP Umbrella plugin is a great way to keep an eye on all your sites and perform regular maintenance. It combines many practical features and is constantly evolving. Support is also very reactive, and it's a pleasure to use and promote this tool!

I switched from ManageWP to WP Umbrella, and the migration process was smooth and trouble-free. ManageWP's inability to perform one-click backup restores on my websites hosted on Flywheel prompted my move. When I reached out to ManageWP's support, they couldn't resolve the issue. After testing WP Umbrella, I encountered a similar problem due to Flywheel's core files being locked down. However, WP Umbrella's support fixed this within a day, enabling one-click restores for my Flywheel sites. While WP Umbrella still has a few features to match ManageWP, it's off to a great start, and I'm pleased with the transition.

In my quest for an alternative to InfiniteWP due to its inconvenient annual payment structure and the desire for transparent pricing, I stumbled upon WP Umbrella. It offers the essential features for effective WordPress maintenance, although it hasn't quite reached the full scope of InfiniteWP yet.

Some notable omissions include database optimizations, the ability to select backup archiving formats (currently only ZIP is supported), improved email notifications, and more flexibility, such as the option to deactivate unnecessary security notices.

However, overall, I'm quite pleased with WP Umbrella. I particularly appreciate the uptime monitoring feature, and the monthly fee of $1.99 seems entirely reasonable. If they maintain this pricing (which can be a rarity these days), I intend to stick with WP Umbrella. Perhaps introducing volume discounts in the future would be a nice addition.

The customer support is top-notch, with prompt responses, at least during German working hours. They were quick to assist and resolve issues. Impressive!

I rate it 5 stars. When it comes to support and transparency, WP Umbrella surpasses MainWP and InfiniteWP, despite some competitors having a broader feature set.

WP Umbrella is a very interesting solution!
On the technical side, it lets you manage the updating and health of each site independently or in batches.

On the human side, customer service is accessible and friendly. They are very efficient and always very helpful.

I'm very satisfied and recommend this plugin.

Je suis enchanté par ce plugin, je ne suis pas un professionnel, seulement un autodidacte qui s'est initié à WordPress, mais il me permet de gérer 8 sites très facilement, ceux de mon association et des sites personnels. A mon avis à partir de 2 sites on gagne en temps et en efficacité. Cette extension est facile à installer et ajouter un site web est un jeu d'enfant. L'interface, le tableau de commande, est simple, on comprend de suite comment l'utiliser, pour ma part je fais les mises à jour et j'ai planifié les sauvegardes. A ce propos la restauration par API me permet de ne pas paramétrer les FTP sécurisés qui me posent difficulté. Je sais qu'il a d'autres fonctionnalités, je les testerai et découvrirai peu à peu; Sans compter que la feuille de route des développeurs est très prometteuse. Et cerise sur le gâteau les tarifs sont très raisonnables pour le gain de temps occasionné et les fonctionnalités.

What started as a simple monitoring tool for WordPress websites three years ago quickly established itself as the most impressive all-in-one maintenance product for WordPress websites.
I've been a WordPress developer for over 10 years and maintained many websites over the year. Until now, I was mostly using ManageWP, but I've been gradually migrating over to WP Umbrella as this tool offers better support, better UX, better functionalities (I love the php errors monitoring tool!) and is at least as reliable as its counterparts. The best thing about it? It keeps improving, new features are regularly added and I can't wait to see the next evolution of this great tool! Congrats to Aurelio, Thomas and all the WP Umbrella team!

We manage all of our business sites with WP umbrella. They're always coming up with useful features. Support is fantastic. Definitely recommend if you manage WordPress websites.

C'est un outil formidable permettant d'avoir de manière très simple l'ensemble des sites que vous voulez maintenir à jour, garder des backups, être notifié quand votre site n'est plus accessible via e-mail ou bien même via Slack et tellement d'autres choses super utiles !

What a great product. WP Umbrella allows me to manage all of the sites in my agency, quickly get the information I need on those sites, and take actionable steps for anything that needs my attention.

The support is also fantastic. I've reached out for one small issue, and a few questions over the last month, and have received prompt replies, with helpful and friendly answers. I had one small issue I emailed them about which was resolved quickly, and they even took the time to check a few days later and follow up with me.

This is a fantastic product that is evolving and adding even more value.

I have been a user of MainWP for a very long time. I own a lifetime agency licence. I tried WP Umbrella a few years ago and it was OK. I tried it again recently and I was blown away. It has improved a lot, so much so that I have switched to WP Umbrella. So many great features, including built in backup (you can even run it hourly, amazing).
