There are no lock-ins, empowering the people who bring WordPress to end users. This is a significant achievement, evident even in their API design or other relevant settings. I'm really happy to have found it.

I was having an issue activating a certain feature on one of my sites and the chat feature said the team wouldn't be available for 11 hours. Luckily someone reached out to me and helped me resolve the issue same day!

Before discovering WP Umbrella, I was using another tool that honestly felt like a pain to work with. Now, I manage three websites through WP Umbrella, and it’s easier than ever before. I genuinely love how fast, intuitive, and reliable it is.

One of my favorite features is the Reports tool — I can easily generate detailed monthly reports and send them to my clients. That’s exactly what I had been looking for!

The plugin update process is also incredibly smooth. It goes through up to nine careful steps, ensuring that everything runs perfectly after the updates — no broken sites, no surprises.

I also appreciate how the WP Umbrella team keeps improving the platform with regular updates and new features. That’s really awesome!

Since ManageWP has been dropping the ball more than a few times over the past months, I have been looking at alternatives and I have found that in and with WP Umbrella!

Support is amazing and keen to help out if they can. They are also happy to hear about possible UX improvements, which cannot be said for many companies nowadays.

At time of writing this, I have still 9 days left of the free 14-day trial and already have moved 5 sites over to WP Umbrella. The moment that I become a paid customer I will move all other client sites over from ManageWP to WP Umbrella!

I highly recommend to manage your own and/or your clients' sites with and through WP Umbrella; it will end your frustrations and for the fixed low monthly fee per site it is very well worth it!

J'utilise WP Umbrella depuis plus d'un an et je suis très satisfaite de leurs services :
- je peux gérer les mises à jour de WordPress, des plugins et des thèmes de tous mes clients depuis une seule interface
- la sauvegarde des sites se fait automatiquement et peut être programmée à la fréquence et à l'heure souhaitée. A ce propos, je dois mentionner que j'ai déjà eu des petits bugs de sauvegarde (sauvegardes disparues, fichiers exclus de la sauvegarde sans raison), mais l'équipe est intervenue rapidement et efficacement pour solutionner les problèmes.

Une des fonctionnalités que j'apprécie le plus est l'envoi de rapports automatiques à mes clients, qui permet de bien mettre en avant les opérations de maintenance effectuées pour chacun de mes clients.

Le support est toujours réactif et efficace et me répond en français.

Enfin, je trouve le tarif très raisonnable : pour le gain de temps obtenu, cela vaut vraiment le coup.

Super service, application performante, facile d'utilisation et complète. Support client efficace.

I’ve been using WP Umbrella since the early days, I met the team at WordCamp Porto, where it immediately clicked.
As a freelancer managing about 50 WordPress sites, I use their clean, reliable dashboard to handle updates, uptime monitoring, and security. The maintenance reports, that I can personalize, are an important feature for me; they make it easy to stay transparent with my clients and show the value of care and work that goes on in the background.
I am sure all users appreciate how closely the team listens to feedback. It feels like they’re building the tool with us, and that shows in the way WP Umbrella has developed over time.
Support is quick, thoughtful, and personal. WP Umbrella has become an essential part of my workflow.

The perfect Wordpress management tool. I tried them all, ManageWP, WP Remote, Jetpack, MainWP, etc, and WP Umbrella is the best for my needs. Backups are solide and reliable, the reporting is good, also because I can send report without PDF. They respect data privacy and the support is fast.

I use the tool to make backups, but when needing to restore a backup I found out that half of my uploads folder (so half of all of the images) were missing. Their backup service didn't take them into account. When they did a scan of all of my websites they found out that 3 more of my websites were not backing up properly....

Also after restoring the DB showed errors and then they proceeded to tell me that was my fault...

Then the way they communicated about the issue was that I should be lucky that they were helping me with something out of scope while it was actually their backup system that was not making complete backups in the first place...

I do like their platform and update functionality. But since I'm relying on their backups - in case a client website goes south - I have to be assured the backups are working properly. Which is not the case.

They advertise with: Restore your full site or specific components with one click, even if the server is down. Which has not been the case for me.

So I like the platform, but the fact that you can not rely on the backups they make and the way they handled the issue it's a 1-start experience.

Just awesome, this tool is so good. I really do like to pay for it.

WP Umbrella takes so many aspects of an ongoing maintenance into account, it's awesome! Makes my life so much easier. Also, it's so easy to use. From linking clients, to bulk actions, and reporting. :) Love it

J'utilise, en tant que Freelance, cette solution depuis des années et je dois dire qu'elle est incroyable ! Je gère très facilement les sites internet de mes clients grâce aux nouvelles fonctionnalités qui sont ajoutées régulièrement. Le service client écoute vraiment ses utilisateurs en privilégiant le développement de fonctionnalités qu'on demande (par vote). Je dispose de serveurs VPS et il y avait des spécificités à l'époque qui faisaient que les sauvegardes plantaient. L'équipe a travaillé avec moi à la résolution du problème. Récemment, j'ai remarqué que les pings étaient plus long que d'habitude pour mes sites hébergés dans le Pacifique. En 24h, l'équipe technique était intervenue pour corriger le tout petit bug. Pour faire simple : cette solution est top ! Aussi bien pour les fonctionnalités que pour le service client ! Je recommande 1000 fois !

Really nice alternative to ManageWP, I would say even better so that we are moving our projects successively to Umbrella.

Some keypoints for us:
- GDPR compliant as hosted in the EU
- more informative data eg like Google performance and concerning security
- very helpful and quick support
- the team is eager to further develop the tool and in doing so takes customer wishes into account

So, I would fully recommend to use Umbrella. It makes the maintenance of our projects much easier and the small fee is well worth it.

We switched our WP site management to WP Umbrella several months ago. On top of being an intuitive interface, the support is top-notch. They're consistently open to feedback on improvements and will do the hard work to get to the bottom of any issues that arise. After having used a few different WP site managers, I anticipate we'll be with WP Umbrella for the long haul.

The WP Umbrella dashboard helps me to manage multiple wordpress website with updates, up-time-monitor, reports, backups, ... I'm only using this plugin/service since two months and meanwhile they published a few new features that I was looking for. It looks like a hardworking team who listen to their customers to develop new tools. Great support and service for a great price. I hope they keep up the effort and i'm curious for whats next!
