An exceptional experience from the start, booking, communication and documentation. We were in a 3 star hotel that was clean, comfortable and a great base for our trip. Tickets to the stadium all went smoothly, we were behind the posts (Italy first half, after half time the England end and it was electric! 🏉 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿). We were amongst England and Italy fans and the banter was brilliant, but you make your own experience ! So all I would say is we will absolutely use this company again, we had the best time. I and my husband are so glad we spotted this deal and went for it, don’t hesitate !! And we had an awesome weekend in Rome 😊

Our Six Nations tickets and hotel voucher arrived in plenty of time. An error in spelling was quickly responded to and corrected. The hotel was described correctly. We were more than happy with the hotel and tickets.

This was the first time we had ever travelled with World Choice Sports. It was easy to book. We didn't like at all the first hotels offered in the package deal. However when I rang, staff on the other end of the phone immediately offered us a different choice to pick from. The one we stayed at was perfect for us, very close to The Vatican. My advice to anyone booking such a deal is, check out hotel websites offered & if not happy, ask for more to choose from.
Checking in at both airports was really easy, especially as we only took a rucksack each. Tickets for the rugby were emailed to us, which we printed out.
We selected a 3 night break which was ideal to explore the main sights of Rome as well as going to the game.
We were so lucky with the weather (20°C).
This was also our first ever time to Rome. This package was an ideal introduction to what we felt was a safe city. We didn't feel threatened the whole time we were there.
We'll definitely return to explore this wonderful city.

Booked for 6 Nations England v Italy in Rome. Hotel and location were spot on but the Rugby tickets were awful. Our view was restricted so could only see half the pitch. For the amount paid we would expect to at least be able to watch the game we went to see. FYI - they didn't tell us our seats had a restricted view either which i' m not best pleased about, if they had told us, i would have not booked this or accepted those seats. They didn't send us the tickets either until i chased them 6 days before we flew.

Booked match tickets and hotel through world choice sports, all went well and will use again. Hotel was better than expected.

I booked fairly late by my standards for the rugby in Rome. By the time i booked WCS were out of rooms at the hotel I selected. They called me and offered an alternative. This was a simple but very well positioned hotel.

Everything worked smoothly. Very pleased to deal with this company again having avoided them for a couple of years after a rather unpleasant delay on compensation for the covid cancellations in 2020.

The information concerning the individual segments of this trip were well explained in advance. After the initial welcome meeting it was clear where we were going and what we were doing. The group trip guides Tangye and Tia were bundles of fun and truly professional in their approach. The drivers were very knowledgeable about the road network helping to be kept on schedule. My son and I recently attended the last PSG match in Paris, which was organised by World Choice Sports and what an amazing and unforgettable experience!! Everything was brilliant from start to finish. Communication was excellent and we received the match tickets well in advance of our departure, which I know from experience was in itself a rare and fantastic thing. We stayed in a lovely hotel in a gorgeous area of Paris too. I’ve been on many football breaks in the past with other companies and I’ll certainly be using World Choice Sports from now on. From start to finish, our trip to Paris was superbly organised by Worldchoice Sports. The hotel was lovely with very friendly staff and great location for Metro access. The football experience at PSG was faultless with fantastic seats and I would highly recommend Worldchoice Sports. We'll definitely be planning another trip soon!

One of the worst companies to deal with. Took out an offer with Wowcher for London and a West End show. There was a list of hotels to choose from so looked at them, spoke to the hotels about parking provisions in relation to availability. I took the offer with World Choice Sports and straight away informed me I could not have my choice in hotel and had to choose from another list of hotels. They don’t factor in I am disabled and need a space in a room and close parking as well as a twin room, instead I am offered a double room with hotels that don’t have parking. I am going round in circles and then they wish me to upgrade tickets for the theatre to sit in the stalls. Apparently they only offer seats in the circles. Total inefficiency in factoring essentials and constantly trying to get me to take a lower hotel which is miles from where I wish to be. This company is a shambles and not tailored to the client. Really how can a hotel be full with them, but I can book direct for the same dates? I have even confirmed an alternative hotel but keep being asked what I actually want. They don’t know what they are doing very clearly. Could it be down to profits not being as lucrative hence for making up such rubbish about the hotels being booked?
