The quality is similar to that in other places, but I received the entire service from cutting the sides and sending it to my home in one place, I didn't have to involve anyone else in it.

Deceitful misrepresentation of delivery charges
I tried to purchase a kitchen worktop on the 'last' day of a sale, which has since been extended, a regular occurrence, it seems. I paid the advertised "delivery cost, £39.95 per order", and the next day I received an email advising I would need to pay an additional £40 delivery fee due to my postcode. I therefore cancelled and how now received a prompt refund. I did subsequently try to order from them over the phone (I still need a top), and whilst they won't facilitate this, I was told that the advertised delivery cost on the website would be the price I pay, until I pointed out the issue, and was then told that a £40 surcharge would be applicable. A time wasting and deceitful misrepresentation of delivery charges on the website, as this has been reported before.

Unfortunately, your order slipped through our automated shipping checks, and because your delivery location falls into a zone with a slightly higher courier rate, the additional £40 charge had to be applied in order to proceed with the delivery. You were given the option to cancel the order, and we completely understand how frustrating this situation can be.
These rare issues do happen from time to time, and we’re actively working to improve our online systems to prevent this from happening in the future. We truly appreciate your feedback and your understanding.

Not particularly happy with the…
Not particularly happy with the customer service I received, Its extremely poor business. I had already purchased the materials (bolts & colorfil) but because they didn’t arrive on time (with the worktops) I had to walk off the job and go and buy them again. This has left me out of pocket and caused unnecessary disruption to both me and my customer.
To make matters worse, they have told me they will issue a refund when I send the 2 items back. I have no intention of going back to the customer’s house now that the job is finished just to return a parcel that should have been delivered with the worktops in the first place. This mistake is not mine to rectify.

The bolts and Colorfill were dispatched separately as part of a standard process, and tracking shows they were on their way, but we understand that timing was important for your installation.
As these items were delivered, our usual procedure is to request their return before issuing a refund — this is standard practice across the industry. We do understand your position, though returning the items doesn’t require revisiting your customer’s home; they can be returned directly from your own address.
While we appreciate that this situation was frustrating, the materials were supplied, and we are simply following the normal return process. That said, we’re always looking for ways to improve, and your feedback will help us review how accessory items are handled alongside worktop deliveries.

Don't believe the estimated delivery schedule
Website encourages rapid ordering and suggests delivery within a week. The 50% off sale repeats - so don't rush. No order number was sent automatically, so i phoned to check delivery schedule - told it would be ~ a month! Person was on holiday for a few days, supplier does not have the glass size in stock, then has to process the order. They said they would refund in full.

Our website provides estimated delivery times based on typical supply and demand, but for specialist items such as bespoke glass panels, availability can vary depending on the manufacturer’s stock levels. In this case, the supplier did not have your required size immediately available, which naturally extended the lead time. We can only proceed once the manufacturer confirms stock and production slots, so we aim to be transparent as soon as this information becomes available.
Regarding the order confirmation, an email is automatically generated at checkout, so we’re sorry if this didn’t reach your inbox — this is usually due to spam filtering or a mistyped email address. We were glad you contacted us so we could clarify the situation promptly.
As discussed, you were offered a full refund straight away, as we completely understand that the revised time frame may not have suited your project.
