Very disappointed with the support experience from WorkIndia.

For over a month, our employer account has remained restricted despite submitting GST and Udyam verification documents multiple times.

Several support tickets were raised, and many were marked as "Resolved" or "Closed." However, the actual issue remains unresolved, and our hiring activities continue to be affected.

As a customer of more than 5 years, I expected better communication, accountability, and customer support.

I am sharing this experience in the hope that the issue receives attention and that WorkIndia improves its support and verification process for employers.

They dont have an option to not show your contact number. Day two since speaking to customer care, still completley irrelevant clicks and calls. Even after day two no refund after pointing out the below standard service.
The easiest process they have is taking your money

There are few hirers who are changing the company name and posting the jobs and and asking for deposit for laptop. Which seems to be fake hirers. Ex: "effective soft". Please do not fall prey into this kind of fake jobs. Especially these jobsa re posted for Madhapur, Hitech City, jublihills and Gachibowli.

Our experience with the WorkIndia platform has been disappointing. The support team was highly responsive until the payment was completed, but post-subscription, there was very limited assistance.

Despite purchasing the database access, we did not receive proper onboarding or demo support for effective usage. Multiple follow-ups with the sales team resulted in being redirected to customer care, with no further resolution or meaningful support.

Additionally, many of the candidate profiles shared appeared outdated or inactive, which affected our hiring process significantly.

We expected a more professional and customer-focused experience. Requesting the team to improve post-sales support, candidate database quality, and customer responsiveness for better client satisfaction.

This company takes documents from people by promising work from home and then misuses them and all the delivery companies updated on your portal are all fake, they are just students.Due to which no one is able to give a good review on the website of Workindia.in because of the presence of their own jobs.

They are cheaters. I took one month plan for single hiring. In 48 hours they said you have exceeded the limit , kindly top up. Candidates whose resumes were uploaded were either not available nor they were fake.
I booked it on 19 May and today is 23 May.

Disappointed with the experience faced with WorkIndia regarding our company account.

Our organization completed onboarding after full verification and approval from their internal team. The account was activated successfully, payment of INR 24,000 + GST was accepted, and services were used for nearly a month without any issue.

Suddenly, the account was restricted stating that our business category allegedly conflicts with platform policy. Surprisingly, this concern was never raised during onboarding, verification, or payment acceptance. Even the concerned Account Manager had confirmed after this escaltion that the account was properly verified and compliant.

After repeated follow-ups:
• Only a partial refund of INR 20,000 was processed
• No proper explanation has been provided
• Multiple emails remain unanswered
• Calls to the Key Account Manager [Md. Ekram] are not being responded to

As a business, we believe compliance checks and due diligence should happen before onboarding and accepting payment not after operational disruption has already been caused to the client.

We are still hopeful that the senior management team will look into the matter professionally and help close this issue fairly.

Very poor services they only run to grab first money from customer.
After getting there paid services they just push bulk database to you which does not have any relavnce to you opening.
Total waste database. Even though they didn't verify there own database.
And when you go back for refund they will make lots of escuse and will never return your money.
So never go with there useless services

If there is condition of 0 star i can give review on it as well, as an HR employer, the account has been logged in my personal number so whenever i change company my company name n all gets changes, during renewal nor the account management team neither the relationship manager informed that further these issues can occur not even once the verification team called after 3 months subscription i took the account has been restricted saying they require company's document same has been provided and approved still they are saying they want my previous company relievng letter and current company offer letter provided that also still they are finding trivial things like no company stamp how could they say that what requirement you require i gave and the policies guidelines if internal team dont know how could they expect from us that we should be aware, they are loosing their clients as if they are doing visa verification way to disappointing

Workindia is a cheating company...do not post any add or pay them. They will take money and then come with a condition. I have taken a 3 month plan for 5000 for multi job and that too corporate plan. Now they come up with the condition that you can post in single city and and for all over India you have to pay 16000.

They are demanding CV and KYC of 5 Candidates from us to unblock. What a silly policy?

Please do not use this app, these people called multiple times to purchase their plan, once I made the payment they blocked my account for some reason, now they auto close all the ticket that I raised, no response is provided, they are not professional at all, this is a fraud company. I have all proof about there frauds and there team saying we will not support you .Please be aware of it banned 🚫 this app

This company is a complete scam. They took around ₹10800 from me but never activated my account, even after I submitted all the required documents. Before making the payment, their executives kept calling multiple times and were very convincing, but once the payment was done, they completely stopped responding. There has been no proper follow-up, no customer support, and no resolution to my issue. I have been trying to contact them for several days, but there is no call back or assistance. I did not receive any leads or services, and there is no refund provided either. Overall, it has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience, and I strongly advise others to stay away and not waste their hard-earned money on this company.

WORST JOB PORTAL I HAVE EVER SEEN. WITH OUT DOING THE KYC VERIFICATION THEY HAVE REDIRECTED ME TO PAYMENT PORTAL. This Company is Pure scam, they took our money and never activated our accounts asked for documents, gave all documents still account not activated, no follow up and not a bit helpful customer service....please avoid at all costs....i lost around 5000 Rs with no outcome....advice to others - please stay away from them

This company is biggest fraud company. Their executive calling multiple times for plan and as soon as you take plan they will not pick single call of yours and will not give any service. Absolute nonsense. It has 4 days since trying to reach out him but no answer no call back. You will not get any lead for any local recruitment. So I will suggest don’t waste your money here

I am very disappointed with the work India services because at the time of payment the were very helpfull after the payment I posted a job vacancy and what they do is the deactivate the post without informing me and when I saw that I contacted to support team the solved my problem and my post get live again but after 24 hours again they deactivated my post and ask for the company verification and now my 10,12 days are waste. The point is they will take money and they will start your month and after your month is started they will do there verification process. They are working like government office.

Workindia is very bad for recruiters.. they take money and ran..no any response and nothing
