Please do not use this app, these people called multiple times to purchase their plan, once I made the payment they blocked my account for some reason, now they auto close all the ticket that I raised, no response is provided, they are not professional at all, this is a fraud company. I have all proof about there frauds and there team saying we will not support you .Please be aware of it banned 🚫 this app

This company is a complete scam. They took around ₹10800 from me but never activated my account, even after I submitted all the required documents. Before making the payment, their executives kept calling multiple times and were very convincing, but once the payment was done, they completely stopped responding. There has been no proper follow-up, no customer support, and no resolution to my issue. I have been trying to contact them for several days, but there is no call back or assistance. I did not receive any leads or services, and there is no refund provided either. Overall, it has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience, and I strongly advise others to stay away and not waste their hard-earned money on this company.

This Company is Pure scam, they took our money and never activated our accounts asked for documents, gave all documents still account not activated, no follow up and not a bit helpful customer service....please avoid at all costs....i lost around 5000 Rs with no outcome....advice to others - please stay away from them

This company is biggest fraud company. Their executive calling multiple times for plan and as soon as you take plan they will not pick single call of yours and will not give any service. Absolute nonsense. It has 4 days since trying to reach out him but no answer no call back. You will not get any lead for any local recruitment. So I will suggest don’t waste your money here

I am very disappointed with the work India services because at the time of payment the were very helpfull after the payment I posted a job vacancy and what they do is the deactivate the post without informing me and when I saw that I contacted to support team the solved my problem and my post get live again but after 24 hours again they deactivated my post and ask for the company verification and now my 10,12 days are waste. The point is they will take money and they will start your month and after your month is started they will do there verification process. They are working like government office.

The platform is buggy, and the data provided is horrible. My calls for assistance were ignored, and no one from the "customer care" team was ever contactable via their listed number.
In short, WorkIndia is a fraudulent company that takes your money and provides zero value or support. Avoid them at all costs if you are serious about hiring or finding a job

The worst job portal I have ever come across. The number they provide on the portal doesn’t even exist, and when you try to reach out for help, their team is nowhere close to supportive. Forget assistance, they refuse to help with even the basic requirement of providing a proper GST bill.
Their so-called support team is extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of resolving the issue, they start demanding personal KYC details like Aadhaar and PAN, which is completely unacceptable and unnecessary for such a simple request.
We paid ₹2,000 for 100 candidate leads, and honestly, the data is absolutely useless. Not even a single candidate is interested or relevant. It is a complete waste of money, time, and energy. And on top of that, we have to deal with WorkIndia’s staff’s rudeness, unhelpful attitude, and invoices without GST.
To make matters worse, they even taunt you as if they have done a favour by giving such pathetic, non-usable data. The entire experience feels like we paid them just to be treated poorly.
I genuinely wanted to give them a rating of -1, but unfortunately, there is no option for that.

It may be the sales representative or customer, they give false commitment. No prover solution, After providing so many documents also we need there permission to unlock the data. One job post needs 4 hours to get live. do not trust work India 3rd grade service

when its time to take the payment they will seat calling 1000 time but after the payment done no one is available to take the responsibility. complete fake and useless database which we are getting for just Jr. Profile. no key words is working at all.

While receiving payment they can take from personal account, if re funds means they need verified account. Even customerservice people also not trying to solve the problem .

This is to formally report that an employee recruited through WorkIndia, worked with our company for a period of approximately 10 days. During her short tenure, she approached the management stating that she had an urgent personal financial need. During her short employment period, she repeatedly approached the management requesting financial help under the pretext of personal emergencies.

An amount of ₹10,000 was paid to her in cash as advance salary.

An additional ₹2,000 was transferred to her online.

Later, she claimed that her sister was unwell and requested a further ₹5,000, which was also provided in good faith.

In total, she received ₹17,000 from the company.

However, after receiving the money, she absconded without any notice or communication. Multiple attempts to contact her through phone calls and messages have been unsuccessful, as she has completely stopped responding.

This behavior amounts to fraudulent intent and breach of trust, causing financial and operational loss to the company. We consider this act as a serious misconduct and violation of employment ethics.

We request WorkIndia to blacklist this candidate immediately and assist in any possible way to trace or take necessary legal action against her.

I subscribed to WorkIndia’s services to hire employees, but my overall experience has been very disappointing and pathetic like anything.
Despite posting job requirements , I have not received a single relevant call. Their database seems extremely outdated, as most candidates I contacted were either not reachable or not interested.

I purchased yearly plan as there support team was chasing for long time but post purchase they asked me for kyc and blocked my access.
as they need more documentation of my company despite of giving all relevant documents which needed.

now my access is blocked but none of the customer service is resolving my issue.

I reached out to their support team multiple times through emails and calls, but the assistance provided was not at all helpful. Even after requesting a refund, WorkIndia declined without offering any resolution.

Overall, the service quality, database reliability, and customer support have been far below expectations. I would not recommend WorkIndia to anyone serious about hiring.
