My daughter suggested getting your products as her spaniel needed stimulation. I didn’t think it was going to work for my golden retriever who always has his brain somewhere else chasing rabbits etc but it is brilliant he loves boiled eggs in it and has just loved the frozen yogurt and banana which surprisingly didn’t make a mess as he licked it away before it had a chance to melt . It is very sturdy in construction and holds its own against teddy’s teeth and comes up a treat after dishwashing

I ordered the Pupsicle toy, with the freeze mold and 3 packs of pupsicle refills, spending over £70.
All 3 packs of the Pupsicle refills were out of date when I received them. I have emailed the company twice and have received no response at all. I definitely would not recommend spending any money purchasing from this company. Out of date products and appalling (non existent) customer service.

Bought a small Pupsicle & food 23/12/2025. Used it once & now can’t screw the lid part to the bottom.
Sent an email to the company & no answer. I paid £32.69, what a waste of money.
I wouldn’t recommend the item or the company. Very disappointed

I feel awful leaving something negative as the company is excellent but the Pupsicle and Pops I bought for my 18 week old English Cocker Spaniel puppy has not caught her interest at all! She licked it for a couple of minutes and then wondered off to another of her endless toys! I bought the size large which was recommended for her breed. The pops just don’t sit very proud in the pupsicle and so she can’t reach it to lick! I am sorry to have been so negative but it’s a lot of money for something that sits totally unused.

Purchased favourite chews for my daughter’s dog who often stays with us. Quick service with well packed chews. Thank you.

I ordered the large glitch pink zee.dog lead at the end of September last year for my puppy (order 28938) and initially things with wooof seemed pretty good. The lead hadn't been used much but on a walk with it recently my dog suddenly got loose despite the lead being clipped to her harness and the safety barrel being screwed up.

Turns out there is a stress fracture in the metal behind the hook mechanism which has caused it to fail.

I emailed wooof the day this occurred to raise it in case they wanted to alert others who purchased the same lead, as I wouldn't have expected it to fail in this way after a few months of occasional use.

I have had no email from wooof even to acknowledge this email and for a nearly £40 lead that claims to be a leader in durability, it breaking in this way after 7 months of infrequent use on a puppy should surely ring alarm bells and I'd expect at least an acknowledgement of the issue after flagging it.

Thankfully my dog isn't hurt but I won't be buying from, or recommending, wooof again.

Order 2x Pupsicle toys for £65 and only got 3 refill pouches and no toys to put the refills in. Customer service slow. Issue not resolved and no refund.

I recently bought the Wooof Pupsicle toy along with the Pupsicle pops and tray, and I’m so pleased with it. The quality of the toy is excellent, it feels well made and durable.
Delivery was also quick, which was a great start. As soon as it arrived, we gave it a try with our Labrador puppy, Mabel, and she absolutely loved it. The Pupsicle pops kept her happily entertained for ages, which is a huge win when you’ve got a high-energy pup!
One of my favourite things about this product is the tray that comes with it. I’ve been using it to make my own frozen treats using natural ingredients like banana, blueberries, natural yoghurt, and peanut butter. Once frozen, they fit perfectly in the Pupsicle, and Mabel goes crazy for them – she genuinely can’t get enough.
While the whole set is a bit on the expensive side, I do think you get what you pay for. The quality is clearly there, and it’s been worth it for the engagement and enjoyment it brings. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it to other dog owners looking for a durable, enriching toy.

Send faulty items and don’t respond to your emails!

The Pupsicle is Genius. Well made and very durable. My dog loves it. She usually has a Kong toy stuffed with her food, yoghurt, peanut butter, kibble, sardines... etc. She loves this much more. I love that you can freeze homemade fillers in the moulds. I also tried her on the ready made pupsicle fillers. She liked them and they didn't upset her tummy. They lasted longer than the homemade treats.

We brought some paste to hide medications with which came promptly. What was an issue was that we didn't realise this immediately put us into a subscription which we didn't want. We emailed Wooof and they cancelled the subscription straight away.

Great product, my dog loves it and it’s easy to clean and use

Great product. I just have to find some bits to put in it. Bought bone meal and peanut butter. He loved the first one I gave him. Very tough product. He can’t chew it!
