Not a very good site. I bought two toothbrush chews for my dogs and they still have not arrived !
Two years later I am still waiting for some kind of excuse or update. I hand now left Dubai so I have absolutely no hope of getting them now. These people are scammers, they were very happy to take my money with no conscience what’s so ever. BEWARE !

SCAM ALERT!!!!
I have ordered a toothbrush and toothpaste over a year ago. I started following up end of last year on the status of my order and received an email stating that as soon as the borders are open for delivery I will receive my order. The borders are now open and still haven't received my order, send a couple of emails with no response. Bloody disgusting that they scam all these people.

I’d give Kaninecare a 0 if I could. Why didn’t I research!!!! The website seemed legit! They have my money and I have no toothbrush chew toy. I wonder if I will ever see it. The tracking number does not exist, no response to my email, and their phone number says “sorry our phone lines are down!!”! Right. Total scam!! Thank gosh I was only ripped of $16.00 and not $40!!!!

The first chew toy was destroyed in 20 minutes and they offered a replacement. This has been going on since April and still nothing. no customer service. rip off.

Took a month to arrive and was destroyed 10 minutes later by my pup!

Purchased a dog bed few months ago and havent been able to receive any and now I cannot seem to find their website whats showing is Soothingbed.com website.

I have just received my purchase! Been waiting since June and really had given up! The chews are huge though and I don't think my dog is going to be able to get his jaws around it... we'll see. Just wanted to give others hope that they may see their order one day.

Worst product purchase.
First one i received broke in 3 minutes into small pieces and they sent me a new one which was their extreme version for strong chewers. This one lasted 20 minutes. Broke into small pieces again.
It is a choking hazard for dogs, do not purchase!
When informed about it they refuse to acknowledge the hazard and refuse refunds.
Scam.

I've had the same experience. I ordered beginning of June. Still have not received my toothbrush and toothpaste. I sent multiple emails requesting a refund and was told the product is on the way. Its mid October and I still haven't received anything. This is a SCAM!

Do not order from this company. I have been waiting 4 months for my order of a Large Dog Tooth-Brush and Toothpaste. I appreciate we are in a pandemic but 4 months is ridiculous. Keep being told that it is on it's way but it clearly is not. AVOID!

***EDIT***. Only days after posting this my dog’s toothbrush and toothpaste arrived! Such a very long time to wait!! Tried to get my dog to play with it without toothpaste but he’s not interested in it at all :( even tried using peanut butter... no joy :((

DO NOT ORDER FRON WOOFING 10. I have been waiting over 6 months. They keep apologising saying it will be here soon?!?! I asked several times for a refund only to be told I can’t have one as the order is in transit.... for 7 MONTHS WTH?????

Never got my order I don’t get emails back and I ordered this first week of June it’s now almost October!!! And still do NOT have it but they have my money!!! Do NOT order from them coming from
China and customer service is horrible!

Oct 13/20. Updated- NO order yet!! Almost 6months!!!!! They say “ be patient it’s on its way”. They never indicated the location OR status of the order!!! DO NOT ORDER from them!! HORRiBLE company

My review is positive, yes it took ages to arrive but that was our countries Border Covid restrictions that was responsible for the hold up, and although our Westy is 11 and had never had one before...I showed her how to hold it and within 1-2 minutes she ‘got’ it and is now happily chewing away. I inserted peanut butter. I am keeping an eye on her but given she has been unwell the last week (nerve/leg problems), and this is clearly a real treat for her, thank you Woof10...I will try and post a photo. Also, when I emailed about the delay they came back to me within 24 hours, amd really I should’ve looked at tracking number first before emailing as it was all explained there...

i ordered 2 brushes and toothpaste many months ago and despite emailing them many times and them promising they were late because of covid the items have not arrived. Absolutely disgusted with this company and never will i be conned out of my money ever again with adverts from FB or adverts on games.

Don't even think about purchasing from this company. It's from CHINA. It takes 3-4 months just to get the product and many times you don't get all the product you ordered. And if you need to return it, it will cost more than you paid just to return it. Do not order. This is an awful company. Wish I had known it was from China, I would never have ordered, period!

There is no way you would get what you need from this site but if you need med supply or refill of prescription drugs within usa then you can reach the right guy from deep web on telegram username ATEXTAWAY to get it sent to you with some days which i have used several times now.
