Ordered for the second time in last two months and the service provided was perfect. Good quality products at very competitive price, quickly delivered onto your doorstep. Many thanks and my best recommendations.

Great choice of products and quick delivery however when ordering from ‘wood flooring Kent’ and charge you £50 delivery and they end up coming from International Decorative Services 5 mins round the corner from your house where I would’ve personally collected them from if given the option then I would’ve done that as delivery was nearly 1/3 of the order

I have ordered the laminate flooring for the entire house and it was meant to be delivered on a Thursday as I received an email confirmation from the company, so I made sure that we would be at home to collect the delivery as it was curbside and our house has some stairs down to get in the property.
Unfortunately, we have been waiting for the entire morning but no message with a delivery slot was received from the delivery company.
After noon, I called Wood Flooring Kent and John answered my call pretty quickly. When I explained to him what happened he immediately called the delivery company to find out what was happening and called back straight away to update me. Unfortunately, the delivery company did not take my order out for delivery on the day.
Then John tried to book the delivery for next day with a driver that would help bring down the packages into our property since my husband had to go to work, but unfortunately the delivery company didn't offer that service.
After that, John called me again and asked me what day would be more convenient for us to collect the order and Saturday morning slot was booked.
The delivery arrived on time on Saturday.
The floors are amazing and of great quality and when we checked, the was no faulty product in the whole 65 packages!
So, apart from the delivery company which cost my husband a day's pay, customer service and products are great!
Only reason for the 4 stars is due to the delivery company, but I would definitely recommend Wood Flooring Kent to a friend.
It is very important if you are paying a considerable amount of money to be able to speak to someone and have things sorted out, without needing to wait on the line for ages!

Wanted to update to say that since my review the company has been in touch and have done what they could to put things right. Therefore, I've changed my rating as they've been very helpful.

Firstly the good points...the ordering process was easy. We ordered shower panels and the website gave us a list of everything we'd need to fit them which was great. The delivery time was quick and the prices reasonable.

Now the bad points (and reasons for the 3 stars) ...every panel, end cap and corner piece were damaged. Not just a little bit of damage but a lot. I did contact the company and they offered to send new ones but by this time we'd already started to work around the damaged parts by cutting them a lot more to fit. That doesn't excuse the fact they were damaged though. The delivery is also £60 which I thought was shocking. Sadly I'm going to have to get another end piece due to one being split but can't match it anywhere and refuse to pay another £60 for delivery of a £10 item. I have many photos of the damage but cant seem to post here.

Only reason for 1 star less the delivery we had to off load by hand on site shame on a pallet but sent a van with no tail lift

Very simple and easy buying experience

Sample ordered Thursday evening before Easter bank holiday and received following Thursday with full order status and tracking supplied throughout

Everything from initial contact to placing order and receiving my composite decking order was perfect and timely.

They worked with me to schedule a convenient delivery date, and the items arrived well-packed and protected. Great communication from the company throughout!

They charge me for next day uk mainland delivery but will come after 3 days ?!?! Jokers!

I found the website for Wood Flooring Kent had all the information I needed but I had a query regarding the delivery. My telephone call was answered straight away and John was very helpful. The order was followed up with emails regarding the delivery as soon as the order was placed and the laminate flooring arrived on the day specified. I received a call from the courier when he was half an hour away from the property and the delivery driver was polite and very helpful. Laminate arrived in good condition, haven't laid the floor yet but have bought laminate from the manufacturers Liberty floors before so I know the quality is good. Overall, a good experience.

Jon was great and very helpful, answering stock questions via the Facebook page and further personally emailing me to let me know one sample I’d ordered wasn’t in stock but the rest would be sent out with the other being sent promptly after, which it was. The flooring purchase was quick and easy, and of great quality. Would buy here again.
