Thank you for the review and we are glad you like the item! We are sorry that you feel it was not packaged properly and this is the first time it has been mentioned. We use good quality boxes and padding, but maybe this was damaged through delivery? Thank you again for the feedback.

Lovely quality definitely order again…
Lovely quality definitely order again from them. Really pleased with the items. The only removal of a star was for the delivery as we had MyHermes delivery and they are awful. I waited 5/6 days from despatch for arrival which I thought seemed a long time. I nearly called to find out where the things were We can never guarantee our parcel arrival with my Hermes which generally puts me off ordering when I need things for special occasions.

Hello Frankie, thank you for the review! We see that your order was sent on the 19th and was marked as out for delivery on the 21st. The tracking says they had problems delivering and the parcel went back to the depot. We are sorry on this occasion that your parcel took longer than expected, this is certainly not something we see often! Thank you again for your order.
Excellent service
