Ordered. Received promptly. Great instructions on how to assemble. Great quality product.

Arrived promptly. Perfect gift for my great-nephew.

I ordered a small Noah’s Ark as a Christmas gift for our two year old great grandson. It arrived promptly by Hermes and was well packed. It is colourful and durable and I think he’ll have lots of fun playing with it. Last year we bought a Peter Rabbit pull along wooden train from you and he still plays with it.

The trike arrived promptly, was well packaged and well made. It is a great design that was easy to put together and feels very stable. Our 2 year old granddaughter loves it. Added bonus is that it will convert to a balance bike when she's ready for one.

It's a great balance bike. It's a perfect fit for our 1 year old. Really nice quality!

Great product. Delighted with the quality & service. Would highly recommend.

Only slight issue is that Hermes were a hassle to deal with.

Bought a light blue balance bike for my grand daughter's first birthday in May and it soon became one of her favourite toys. She has already graduated from using it as a tricycle, to a 2 wheeler.

So impressed with the quality of the bike, that I have just bought a yellow one for my youngest grand daughter, and I am sure that she will love it. Service very good. On both occasions the bikes arrived quicker than expected.

Prompt delivery on parts missing from order

Great product, quick delivery

A perfect little balance trike/bike for our grandsons first birthday present. Can’t wait for him to open it!

Delivered as promised and the wee boy is enjoying it!

The product was slightly different to the items I ordered but the customer service I received in rectifying this to my complete satisfaction was excellent.

Delivered quickly, really lovely quality and our little boy loves the bike

Fast delivery, lovely chunky puzzle which my daughter loves playing with

Excellent service ! Sturdy bike and my granddaughter loved it !

The bike arrived incredibly quickly & was exactly as described. Our one year old grandson loves it.

Perfect from placing the order to the immediate delivery. Easy to assemble and off you are ready to go on the road.
And on top of this, helping a wonderful family business is a great pleasure. Good continuation

I ordered my 15 month old the cute pastel pink balance bike and trike 2 in 1 and I'm so pleased with it! For the price, the quality far exceeds my expectations, it's sturdy but light, has a lovely padded seat and the wood is lovely quality. It's also the perfect size for my one year old with plenty of room to grow into, especially with the ability to change it to a balance bike once she's ready. I much prefer wooden toys and this one is just what I was after, I absolutely love it and I would highly recommend!

Balance Bike 2 in 1
Very nice balance bike and easy to put together

Beautiful bike.
It’s wonderful, very sweet pastel pink. Lovely grip on handlebars. My one year old loves it. Thank you.
There was a little glitch in that the handlebars didn’t arrive in original delivery, but this was remedied very quickly. Communication was prompt and kind. I’d highly recommend.
