Shipping took forever, but I did get my items. The customer service is fantastic and they replaced one of my items.

The neck pillows are fantastic and give great support and will definitely help on flights. I was kept updated in regard to delivery. Would order again from this website.

I placed 2 separate orders with Woodencrew and received both of them today. I contacted their support because I struggled to connect my airslate to my phone and I mistakenly thought I was short one item on my order. I got a reply to both my queries within a couple of hours, both to my satisfaction. I am very impressed with their products and their service. I won't hesitate to buy from them again.

I’ve tried other neck pillows but this feels like it will help on our future long haul flights. I’ve always struggled sleeping.

We ordered two cushions for airplane we got carring bags eye pads got two one passport wallet there should been two but only got none of the booklets there should have been two

I ordered a seat cushion on March 26th. I got notified that there is a delivery error. But when I called the number, I was told my name doesn't match the tracking number and to call the company. But the number to call doesn't work. I sent a message, but havent heard back yet. Not sure what my next steps are.

I am patiently waiting for updates on my delivery. I ordered two seat cushions for my June 6th trip overseas and no where in the purchase checkout did it say it would be shipped from China. Pretty upset that I most likely will not receive them on time. I hope I can return them when I get back from my trip.

I bought my first neck travel pillow through Woodencrew after researching lots of different options for my trip to Australia from the UK. It was a complete game changer for me!

I now keep and use it for when in the car on longer journeys and so well worth the money. Esp having the travel bag to roll it back up and fit into as makes it so much less bulky to carry etc.

So I purchased the travel bag which I loved immediately. Unfortunately I had an issue with my particular bag, however Woodencrew’s customer service were second to none with their prompt response to my email and forwarded a replacement which is perfect.
The bag itself is great and I felt my bits and bobs were safely tucked away.
I’m super pleased with my purchase!

Purchased my item on the 12th May and it's still not here .

It's okay, but the location is about 50 yd off. I put it in my truck and parked it at the end of the block. It says it's in a house 2 day doors down. which could lead to false accusations.

I was not happy wirh the product ans asked to return it. No problem just send it to out fulfillment center in the UKRAINE. I am sure it would costs more than the $45 I spent on that sir bag to send to a war zone and the refund is contingent on it arriving in the Ukraine

I am really annoyed that the shipment is from China which is not mentioned on the website. The shipment takes forever and there was no delivery date provided while submitting an order. it’s likely not be here before our travel 😞 I purchased their travel pillows for 14hrs flight and will end up with no pillows. Also spent £70 and won’t get a refund as we are away for a duration of return period. Super frustrated!

I just received my Woodencrew bag. I love the blue color, so many roomy pockets, and how well it comforable it fits in front of me - safe and sound.

If you're someone who travel frequently, these guys have really good products, In the past 6 months I have aquired a few things that for me is very important when I'm planning a trip! Travel Bags are really good, Travel Pillow if you have neck problem, Carry On Luggage which are very resistant and some Compression Travel Socks for having a relax time without shoes ;)

l placed my order and was panicking thinking it wouldn't arrive in time for my planned trip to the USA. Contacted Woodencrew who checked and said my order was on the way and fingers crossed l should receive it in time for my trip, Today it was delivered so l am well happy that l can get some comfort on my long 9 hour flight, nothing worse than head dropping and being unable to get any quality sleep. Have tried it out and l think this will be just perfect.......thank you so much Woodencrew.......l will definately be recommending these neck pillows .
