High Quality products

Their products are very easy to assemble and look great! My wife and I purchased the arch, ladder, and triangle for our 8 month baby to use for pulling up and playing on later in life. We got the tent and cushion with it as well, though those came a couple weeks later than the wood pieces. The only reason I put 4 instead of 5 stars is that they originally sent us the wrong colors for our tent and cushion, but they fixed that fairly quickly.

Overall the product is fun and my kids…

Overall the product is fun and my kids love it. The ordering process was easy, communication with the company was 'good', but little information on when the items would actually ship. They also didn't say that the items would come in multiple packages and on different days. Initially I thought I was missing many pieces because the package was marked 1 of 1. It took a bit and a few methods of communication to hear back that it would be coming in multiple packages. We were missing a few bolts/screws, but made it work. I also didn't know that this needed to be attached to a wall because it isn't structurally able to be iindependent. The instructions were actually pretty clear and easy to follow. I downloaded them from the website. The wood itself is good quality, but the joints come loose easily because of the way the screws and bolts strip the wood it attaches to the wood. Overall happy, but wouldn't purchase again for the price and headach of it all.

A Completely New Play Area!

After our finished basement flooded I decided to turn the whole place into a play area for our grandchildren. I purchased the house and the monkey bars with the rock climbing wall and a couple of smaller pieces. Shipping seemed to take forever but I was so happy when all the boxes finally arrived. Please note each box is not dedicated to one piece so you need to carefully separate the pieces before beginning. Additionally, although the bigger pieces come with mats, I purchased Interlocking EVA Foam Floor Mats like they use in gyms to minimize much of the shock from a fall.

I needed to hire our local woodworking guy and his assistant to assemble because there were so many pieces and my husband is sick and this project was way too complex for me. They spent approximately five hours on three consecutive Saturdays to get this done. They told me some of that time was because there were missing pieces and a few bent pieces of wood and the instructions were almost impossible to read so they had to work around this. Now they are coming back to secure the monkey bar set to the wall since it wobbles slightly. (It cost me quite a bit to have it put together and with the missing pieces… this is why I took off a star).

Now that it is mostly complete, I cannot wait for our grandchildren to see this “special surprise”. It is high quality and I know they’ll be playing on this set for years! Even though we had a few setbacks, it is everything I had hoped for.

My only communication with the company was to ask when the items were due to be shipped since I had been waiting and was growing impatient. But my question was answered immediately so this is all I know about their customer service!

Now it’s time to keep the little ones active and away from any “screens”! Thank you!

Amazing Find!

We searched everywhere and this was the best deal we could find that also had great reviews. Took a little longer than expected, but so worth it. Fairly easy to put together. Kids already love it! We're now looking into a bigger set for the older two, as this was really for baby boy.

Impressed with how they fixed their mistakes

Initially with the holiday rush, my order was delayed. I went through a similar experience to some other reviews, but I was impressed with how they did many things to make things better, including fixing all mistakes, refunding a small credit and sending me free merchandise. Overall, the quality of the product is very high, the climbing structure is solid. If I had the right expectation on the shipping delay and better communication on the front end, this would be 5 stars. They did fix all issues, highly increase communication and I will order from them again (just giving myself plenty of time)

Waiting for Order forever

I placed my order on November 23, 2024, but I still haven’t received it. I’ve been in contact with customer service for weeks, yet they keep giving me vague excuses and promising my package will arrive soon. It hasn’t. I’ve now made it very clear that I either want to finally receive my package or get a full refund and will not wait any longer. Since then, they haven’t responded to me at all. Even PayPal’s attempts to resolve the issue have been unsuccessful.

Not worth it! Overpriced and a huge hassle!

I ordered a pikler triangle set, the large triangle with the arch rocker and the cushion. I placed my order on November 2nd and recieved a box in the mail on November 20th. I thought I was good to go.... wrong! My husband and father in law were putting it together on Christmas eve only to find out the left and right connectors for the triangle were not there. I immediately sent an email requesting the parts.... so our big gift for our youngest sons christmas couldn't be used. I got a response on the 26th with them asking me to confirm the missing parts which I did that same day. On the 28th they said they would send the parts right away and to keep an eye out for tracking. After 4 days on the 1st I asked for an update and didn't get a response after 2 days so I messaged their Facebook page and finally got an email response back on the 4th saying they were still working on it. And on the 7th they sent me the tracking info. It's now the 14th and the parts were finally delivered! But the screws for them are missing. I called today and the lady that answered the phone said she would have them email me tomorrow because she didn't know what screws I needed and that since it was the middle of the night the people that knew weren't there. At this point I am just over it. Something that I was so excited to give my son has turned into a hassle!!! Some of the other reviews here have voiced the same issues and frustrations that I have had! Over $400 for something and to deal with this level of incompetence and communication is astounding.... don't waste your time and order from somewhere else!

Order not received after a month with 10/25 update

I placed my order a month ago and haven't received it yet. The payment was debited from my account the day after placing the order though. When I tried using the tracking link, I got the message that my order didn't exist. I was able to reach someone by phone who explained it took over two weeks to start my order and another two weeks to ship it. This information was only given after my order was placed and payment accepted. This company has a U.S. address and phone number but actually is operating out of the Ukraine. They need to be transparent with this information so consumers can make an informed decision about ordering from them.

Update: WoodandHearts responded to my review 7 months after placing my order. Their response says it is clearly stated on their website that they have a subsidiary in the Ukraine. That may be the case now 7 months later, but it wasn't the case at the time I placed my order. Their response also said they reached out to me directly and offered compensation. This is also not true. No compensation was ever offered. All this being said, they did finally deliver a quality product that my grandson has enjoyed.

Update 1/28/26: WoodandHearts and I have finally connected. They've offered me a partial refund, which is satisfactory. Again, aside from the miscommunication, the play gym we received is of great quality and loved by my grandson.

Kids like the climbing set. But this company needs work

UPDATE: After writing my first review customer service finally reached back out. They were able to offer the same set I ordered but in a different color and it was available to ship immediately. Building the set was easy and the kids love it. Hence, me changing the rating from 1 star to 3 stars. But the company needs to work on their customer service. When you spend this amount of money on a product you shouldn't have to scramble to get a hold of a person, or be left with no updates on your order.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Horrible experience. I placed an order on Dec 14th and haven't received any reliable updates. The website says my order can't be found and no one is responing to emails. When I tried calling the line disconnects. I final got a response through the instagram page, but it's vague information and not helpful. If I don't receive my order soon or at least a reliable update I will be filing a dispute through my credit card.

I am completely gutted £400 on a climbing frame waited 6 weeks, repeated failed delivery dates with terrible communication to now be told 2 weeks before Christmas that my order is probably lost. AVOID! Now I have no Christmas present for my 2 children and no option of replacement. I am gutted!

Almost feels like a scam….

Placed my order for a climbing tower on November 3rd. Plenty of time to have it here and built for the kids for Christmas! However it arrived with no screws, and the white boards had some damage. I reached out for replacement parts. They said they would ship it out…. It’s been a lot of back and forth on when they would ship out the new parts. They stated because of the holidays they are backed up with orders…. I get that but since I ordered first shouldn’t my replacement parts take priority? We also went back and forth between returning since we know their policy requires the customer to cover shipping charges, which we are uncertain how much this will cost. With the product costing us over 400 dollars I am super disappointed. This was supposed to be our big Christmas surprise for the kids.
Update 12.21 we received a half reimbursement ( which was really appreciated) and replacement boards arrived. However they came again without screws lol. The new boards appear to be in better condition, however I still can’t put it together. Might send my husband out to Lowe’s to see if he can find the hardware.

Only one small package was delivered

Only one small package was delivered. Fed ex shows the entire item as being delivered. If it come in two separate shipments you really should notify the buyer.
Still wondering when I will receive the second box which I understand contains the majority of the climber.
