the tickets are crazy hard to use, and customer service takes weeks to get back to you. eventually i asked for a refund after 2 failed attempts. Supposedly i got store credit but when i went to use it there were no tickets, and no credit. I also didn't get a refund.

Update: there is no voucher in my account and there is no store credit on my account either. Not sure who responded to this review but as of mid August i still haven't been able to use my vouchers or receive new ones. Hopefully they decide to issue a refund.

If I could rate "0" stars I would. In Feb 2023 I purchased two Wonderbox experiences for a "3 or 4-star hotel night stay" in Las Vegas (expiration set for 2028). As the directions requested, I registered both vouchers on the Wonderbox website. I was then directed to another website managed by Hotel Express International, where I was asked to choose my resort and reservation dates. I chose the Horseshoe Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, NV for 7/19/25 and 7/20/25. That day I received a Booking Voucher for 7/19/25 and 7/20/25 and was told to bring these vouchers with me to the hotel upon check-in. I received no email confirmation. When calling the Horseshoe Hotel directly, the hotel staff has no record of my reservation. I have attempted to contact Wonderbox via email without a response. I have also tried to call the Hotel Express International international telephone number for Norway (+47 380 70177); however, no one picks up the phone, even when customers call for support during normal business hours (8:30 am-16:00). I have spent nearly $400 and have nothing to show for it--buyer beware.

we tried to redeem our tickets on line, but were unsuccessful, so we went to the theater and the manager tried to help us. After @ half an hour, she gave up and comped us to a movie. Much better to just go to thr theater and buy tickets..This is a dumb idea.

Neat idea , however there needs to be cheaper options and more restaurants to go to in more areas. Also maybe cinemark theaters would be nice .

The website was not allowing me to choose the Broadway tickets I wanted. The customer service number is only open for 3 hours. Can’t get complete answers on how to choose and use my experience. Very frustrating.

I couldn't find my tickets in my email and was starting to panic. Customer service was able to look for them with my email address and resent the tickets. I am extremely grateful!

Honestly had a great time; I was gifted 2 Regal tickets and a snackpack a little while back. This was fully a new concept to me. All I had to do is create an account, and register the gift, then I got my QR codes for each ticket and snack pack. I forgot, to book my seat online in advance, but when I arrived to the theatre that wasn't a problem, they just scanned the QR code, I picked my movie and got my snack pack, which btw the snack pack was REALLY nice. i was surprised. Wish I could add a picture here

Appointment scheduled 1 hour in advance for a tasting and presentation of a gourmet gift box. Very friendly welcome. Very professional explanation, relaxed atmosphere. We are very satisfied with this experience.

Beware! This company is a scam. They say they're having an internet issue but going on day 4 of not being able to use my box at all. Do not buy! Their customer service always says it's closed so you can't actually talk to anyone and it takes them forever to reply to emails. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Every single time i try to redeem my voucher code it give me an error code and says “try again later” but proceeds to still send the error code. I even exchanged it for another voucher and im still facing the same problem.
