Straightforward but A bit too pushy.
Joining reasonably straightforward except the confused me by making extras previously included in the price, look like new extras, and also a bit too pushy to get me to 'immediately' connect the contraption even before I received it

Avoid this company like the PLAGUE
This is by far the worst insurance company I have dealt with, during my 28 years a driver.
After just three days of the policy starting, and not even receiving their device, they started sending intimidatory emails about cancelling my policy and charges. After 5 days there device never arrived, these emails were sent daily! Once the device arrived, you receive tips of driving, and how to drive!
So I cancelled my policy, and then they sent a whole list of hidden charges including an arrangement fee over 17% cost of the policy, and other charges. After sending 9 emails and 4 telephone calls, still I get no sense from their staff, staff who are desperately under trained and have zero customer service acumen. I am still receiving credit agreement notices and letters, threatening to deduct my bank account, although I cancelled my policy. Save yourself a lot of drama and headache, and avoid this company like the BUBONIC PLAGUE.

I would give zero if it was an option
I would give zero if it was an option, I was only insured for two weeks before I received an email to notify me that my policy is being cancelled and didn't recieve any emails before this to warn me of my driving which wasn't excessive in speed. I paid a £220 deposit and will have to pay £75 policy cancellation charges for only 2 weeks of insurance. This company is a rip off, please keep away they are a disgusting company and shouldn't be operating. I will be taking this to trading standards. Good riddens

I was quite upset to receive an email…
I was quite upset to receive an email on 27 September stating that my car insurance has been cancelled before it even started and that I owed Stella £75 cancellation fee!!! I choose Stella during the last week of September to renewal my insurance commencing with a start date of today, 9th October. Please note that this is a renewal so I obviously had an existing insurance running that’s why I chose 9th October. Please read the small print before upsetting your customers.
