I have been working with a Wishup Admin for over a year now, and have been really pleased. The initial selection and onboarding was easy, the admin herself is excellent and the customer service from Wishup has been great.

G is amazing, does so many things for me, keeps things on track. G. is a forward thinker, always has a smile. Always asks good questions, remembers things I forget. Great with computer things, gets hard stuff done, always kind when I mess things up or am having a bad day.

They talk poorly about their clients, they provide estimates and then change the pricing, they pause service without communicating with you.

My VA is a great VA. The majority of CSM's (which ironically stand for Customer Sucess Manager) poorly resolve issues. The co-founder Vivek emailed me a 15% price hike after I had already paid, which is illegal and emotionally based because he said a CSM accused me of "abusive language" which was not true and one sided. Much better VA services out there to trust. I've been with them for 3 years but no more. I DO NOT TRUST THEM AND HAVE 3 YEARS OF RECEIPTS TO PROVE IT.

Wishup has been a remarkable addition to my business. Best experience so far..!! I hired a Virtual assistant from Wishup few months back and their service is outstanding. I would like to report my deeply disappointing experience with Wishup. Despite their claims of having VAs monitored by a VA manager and providing assistance if the VA gets stuck, my experience was quite the opposite.

I have been running businesses for 29 years and have worked with dozens of VAs, EAs, PAs, etc., ranging from $5/hour to $100k+ salaries. Unfortunately, Wishup has provided me with the worst experience I've ever had with a VA company.

Initially, the concept seemed promising, and my account manager appeared to be a nice guy. However, the reality was far from it. The VA assigned to me took 4-5 times longer than any VA I've ever worked with to complete basic tasks, such as gathering leads, finding a barber, booking a dental appointment, or getting a simple refund. Tasks that should have taken minutes stretched into months, which was completely outrageous.

There was absolutely no common sense, no support, and no focus on achieving results. Instead, the emphasis was on mindless busy work, which left me doing more work than before I hired the VA.

Moreover, while trying out several different VAs from Wishup, I experienced fraud on five of my debit cards, which these VAs had access to.

I highly recommend against using Wishup if you want to grow your business. In my experience, Wishup is a scam and fails to protect their customers. Save yourself the time, frustration, and potential financial risk, and look for a more legitimate VA service.

3. and last but not the least, VAs from Wishup are constantly being trained on all the new tools, and I'm impressed with so many new ways the VAs find to make things more efficient

10/10 recommend hiring from Wishup if you're not looking to spend tons of money and your own precious time to build a team quickly

I hired Wishup for my SEO project. They were really professional in their communication. Once we set the SEO plan, they got to work. Three months later, my business saw a big 41% improvement, bringing in more revenue for my business.

I ordered something, nothing has arrived, I asked for my money back, no response from the company whatsoever.
I suspect I have been scammed, not happy.

I am struggling to understand the reviews given as I saw an add regarding leather repair / enhancement and placed an order for said product, money taken and after one week no email stating when it would be delivered, so
I enquired as to when I would receive said order only to receive a snotty reply it’s no been over two weeks and no product, I have requested for my money to be returned and surprise, surprise no reply.. please people steer clear of this company really poor attitude to new customers.

No other virtual assistant company in the market puts this much effort into customer satisfaction. Right from the quality of the virtual assistant to immediate back-ups in case of leaves, they really want you to derive value. Happy to have found them.
