Renewal a farce

Antwort von Wiserchoice
Hi Richard
We have looked at your renewal invitation and the policy you have since taken up - the difference in the price may be down to the small differences such as the market value you have input. We would have been able to make those adjustments to match your quote.
Ride safe, and we will be here if you need us!

I have been insured with this company and have been informed that my policy will be renewed shortly, as this was evidently my choice?
I am going to sell the vehicle soon and will not require further insurance for it, however, having made numerous attempts at informing them of this, I cannot make contact. The "chat line" is non-responsive, so I have now resorted to writing to them, in hopes that I can avert any future payments being taken from my bank account. The whole "contact" method is a shambles, and extremely frustrating.

We’re sorry you haven’t enjoyed your experience with us.
Thank you for taking the time to discuss the matter with us today. We are pleased we could confirm that your policy will not Automatically Renew, as requested, and will therefore lapse on its expiry date. Further communication will follow confirming the same once the policy has ended.
Many Thanks
