Sending on this pickup point there is no any extra charge and the receiver picks up as send and this has makes it very smooth sending money home. More than 5 stars from

Wiremit are the best of the lot in everything, excellent comms and very good rates. Many thanks.

The rates are favourable and customer care is top notch in Bulawayo according to my daughter on

The service is great. It was easy for my recipient to collect cash in Harare. Charges are fair. I recommend this service

Very good no issues at all when sending people money Tendai from Joina City was great

Gives me the confidence in transacting with safety

Great rates and consistently good customer service. The team at the Bulawayo branch are always friendly and helpful, which makes the process straightforward.

I did have one issue where I sent a large amount of money for collection and they did not have any US dollars available. The recipient accepted EcoCash instead, which I was not happy about at the time. I did receive an apology and since then I have completed several transactions without any problems. Overall, a reliable service.

Best rates on the market and respond quickly to customer querries

Great service, good rate. Please increase your collection points.

I started using Wiremit in 2024, and I’ve been impressed from day one. Their rates have consistently been better than their competitors, which already sets them apart — but it’s their exceptional service that truly makes the difference. The staff are amazing: friendly, personable, and still highly professional. They’ve gone above and beyond for me on several occasions. One standout moment for me was when they processed an EcoCash transaction for an area where their branch had already closed — and yet they still made it happen. That level of helpfulness is rare.

During their December promotion, I was even able to send money to my loved one with zero fees, which was such a blessing during the festive season. I am genuinely in awe of their dedication and the quality of their service. Wiremit has become my go-to all day, every day. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and customer-focused money transfer service.

The transaction was seamless from end to end, with helpful guidance provided throughout the process. Most importantly, the competitive exchange rate ensures that the recipient receives more value for a lower cost.

I was introduced to Wiremit by a representative in U.K. and registered. The customer service team is brilliant and I have used them for money transfers a few times now.Exceptional service.

I started using Wiremit last year after meeting their exhibiting agents at an event. The interest rates have always been great. In the early days, there were some teething issues, but nothing you wouldn't expect from a growing business. The agents go above and beyond to help and resolve any issues. They are my preferred remittance provider now. However, I hope they expand to other countries and not just U.K. - I've relocated to Canada and it would be fantastic to pay in CAD instead of GBP.
