Wiremit

The lady in Zimbabwe was helpful and polite when i called the Zimbabwe number during the festive holidays. Sending and Picking up the money in Zimbabwe is as easy as it can get, seamless and no complications.
Rates are very very good... hopefully it stays like that.
I gave three stars because of limited availability of pickup points in Zimbabwe. I suggest partnering with Mukuru which is the most widely dispersed cash pick up point , available even in remote rural areas.

I am happy with their service. Recently, I needed help regarding a transaction I had made, and the response from the service team was prompt and helpful. The transaction went through successfully. The people I send money to are also happy, as they are always able to collect the money without any issues at the collection point.Thank you Terrel for your service.

Very good. I had good relationship so far with wiremit, they are doing well and cheap to send money with good exchange rates . Great pleasure to be assisted by Angeline.

In my opinion this has been best way to send money to my loved ones no hustles , everything is exceptional and customer service is always on point they really go extra mile to support in case of problem and are quick to respond, even my family back home loves the service whenever they go to take their money from their branches is easy not complicated

Wiremit provides excellent service on sending money and collecting in Zimbabwe is well organised. My recipients were so happy to collect money without queuing for hours during the Christmas period.
Wiremit have the best rates and their app and support staff is a joy to talk to and to solve problems. I highly recommend all my friends and family members to use Wiremit to send money back home to Zimbabwe. They are the best for customer care.

Timely transfers and excellent service on collection of money. Wiremit rates are better than other service providers. The app is easy to use.

Wiremit is has best rates so far and quick and secure

Wiremit has truly surpassed my expectations. Their rates are the best I have come across, and their professionalism is outstanding. I would like to give special recognition to Mr Musarurwa for his exceptional assistance and consistent support — he made the entire experience smooth and reassuring.
Because of the excellent service, I have confidently invited family and friends to use Wiremit, and the results have been nothing short of resounding joy. I highly recommend Wiremit to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient, and customer-focused service.

It’s been a while using Wiremit as my first choice to send money internationally due to their excellent customer service. I’m happy with their amazing rate, communication and efficient ways of doing business.

Hats off to Tiffany!!

The app is fast, secure and reliable. The beneficiary received the cash within minutes. I also enjoyed the rates, they are the best on the market always.

I have been using Wiremit for more than a year now and they always have the best rates and brilliant customers service. The only issue I have had recently because I have been sending money to pay contractors is that my recipients have complained that when they go to collect they have no cash in Bulawayo and some have been offered EcoCash. This inconvenience causes delays in getting materials needed for my projects.
However I can still give them 5 stars because overall experience has been very good and would highly recommend using them. They just need to sort out the cash issue in Bulawayo.

It offers an economical, straightforward, dependable, and efficient solution. The associated costs are reasonable, and staff is readily available to assistance. They also make a follow up to make customers are satisfied with their quality services

The guys at Wiremit go to great lengths professionally to smooth out our transactions. They are superb. So far, they have the best rates in town, and we are growing with them through any teething problems, which they acknowledge and rectify quickly. I always go to them as my first choice for sending or receiving money internationally.

Learnt the hard way that wiremit doesn't have a pickup point in Gweru after sending .Money finally go to the recepient late through eco cash system from Harare .Harare kept me guessing and stressed through out the process.I lost out on a discounted vehicle tax as the window closed down while waiting for the money to reach the recepient.

Wiremit consistently offers the best exchange rates available, ensuring excellent value for every transaction. The customer service provided by Wiremit is truly exceptional. Special thanks to Terrel and Cuan, whose professionalism and dedication have made a significant positive impact on my experience. Services at Wiremit’s collection points are outstanding. There are no queues, the tellers are friendly, and the premises are always clean, making every visit pleasant and efficient. Based on my experiences, I can confidently say that Wiremit is currently the best in the business. They meet all my expectations in every aspect. Well done to the entire Wiremit team—keep up the excellent work!
