I still find that the one from my sister in law which she bought direct from the store tasted so much better from the one I purchased online send via courier delivery. Anyway this is my experiences. So next time I will buy direct from the store but the queue is superb long during cny. So that’s why I try to buy from online

I bought variety one slice packing to taste before CNY. Unfortunately, meat was very dry.
Feedback to store attendance (Jalan Imbi) and no one seems to bother. Instead i got a funny look.
If the company has no intention to improve, don’t bother to get feedback.

Bakkwa is nice, chewy texture but salty
Wing Heong is the only bakkwa brand that I will purchase for my own consumption or as a gift to friends and relatives during CNY. The same goes for this Tiger-roar year, I have purchased various favorite in bulky quantities via the website. the bakkwa is packed in an individual vacuum pack and in an adequate size, just nice that we can unseal the portion that we wanted to consume. The bakkwa at a nice, chewy texture as well.
Just one feedback from family members, relatives and friends, the dried meat too salty this year for both BBQ honey bacon and BBQ sliced dried meat. BBQ Dollar meat is good and nice as per last time.

Disappointed. Very irregular shapes and inconsistent thickness
Disappointed. Bought the CNY gift box from Sri Petaling branch but the dried bbq meat mostly came in very irregular shapes and inconsistent thickness. I'd attach the image here for proof if allowed to. Such a premium brand but lousy quality. Please do quality check first before you sell the product. We have been a loyal customer for years but this year really a big disappointment.

Convenient Service - could be further improved
Very convenient way to order Wing Heong products. Would have given 5 stars if there was option to order smaller 300g packages. Also there was no shipping tracking, making it hard to tell when delivery was.
Big plus vs buying from outlet is that the BBQ slices are individually packed, so can keep over a longer period.
