Pleasantly and unexpected surprise.
I went to queue up at 8.10 am that Sunday morning. The shop staffs started to get the shop ready at 8.40. Even though it was about 8.50am they welcomed us in. By the time I paid for my stuff it was only 8.52 am. I was really appreciative of this early welcome gesture and was sure the people who were queuing up were all happy too. The bacon n bbq meat were always as delicious as ever and of high quality. Have been a fan since 1970s. Keep up the good work.

I’ve been enjoying Wing Heong for decades as a kid till now and the quality & taste hasn’t changed.
I continue enjoying it today, with the convenience of the shop in Petaling St.

I've been patronising Wing Heong (Imbi branch) since I was a kid. Every time I'm back in KL, it's a 'must visit'. This recent purchase was a bit disappointing because the meat was a little under barbecued and didn't have the signature char fragrance. Please maintain the standard and I look forward to my next visit.

Yummy bbq honey bacon bakwa & courteous staff
Was at Bandar Puchong branch for a purchase .. greeted by a tall slim Chinese girl with glasses, she was courteous, patience and take opportunity to promote 2 type of samplings plus suggested other products as well.
She patiently checked to ensure her male colleague gets the cashiering process right. He seemed new to the task.
Am a fan of the bbq honey bacon bakwa, like to make a suggestion- can it be a bit less oily?? So it is a more healthier snack option.

Shop is clean and neat
Shop is clean and neat. However, it's unlike Singapore shop where you know the meat is barbecued on the same day. Tourists should be informed when the meat was barbequed and it's expiry date without asking.
