I was really glad that the employees did a great job of cleaning up, both inside and outside.

It's amazing how much of a difference new windows made inside & outside of our home! Sergid & his crew did a fantastic job! They were very respectful of our home & explained every step of the way. He answered all my questions & explained in detail. They left my home so clean inside & out that it doesn't look like they were ever here! Very pleased with the wonderful job they did!

The install was fine. However, they could have done a better job on cleanup, being careful with my property (they scratched my wall and window ledge). Follow up with the project was great as well as the initial sale.

I recently had 15 windows and a sliding patio door installed by Window Nation. My experience was top notch from the beginning to the end of the project. Josh was friendly and informative. I never felt pressured into buying something I didn't want. He answered all my questions regarding the windows and installation. The office staff kept me abreast to what was going to happen from shipment to installation. The installers, Mario, Alex, Bryan and Cristian worked diligently and with care every step of the way. They were respectful of me and my property. Never taking a break, they had my beautiful windows installed and cleaned up the premises before they left for the day. I hope this review is shared with the installers because they did an excellent job, and I would really like them to know how much I appreciate them and their workmanship. I would recommend Window Nation for a job well done.

After some negotiating, we were able to get a price that was affordable.

We were replacing 50 year-old, single pain, high-quality windows. We had tremendous installers that explained and walk-through the install and insulation process. There is a team of five that came at 8 o'clock and installed 20 windows complete, by 4:30. They cleaned up after themselves as well and left no sign of being here when they left late in the day.
We are satisfied with the window appearance and functionality. Time will tell if they add value to lower heating cost or other benefits.

The 3 guys were here by 7:45a.m. and done with our 5 windows by 11:30 a.m. Very nice gentlemen & did an awesome job.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and honest. The installer team was on time and showed great attention to details! The work space was left tidy and the windows look fantastic!

They failed to meet my expectations multiple times throughout my experience. They rescheduled on me twice. The first time the they me know 15 minutes after their expected arrival time. There is a good amount of prep work they ask you to do before install, so to cancel the install because of permit issues that they were taking care of is not an acceptable reason. Secondly the salesman did not communicate effectively to his team and the install was not right. They did not order the privacy glass window for my bathroom and they did not rebuild the three damaged frames that I asked for and was builded for. It has been over a week now and of course I was billed for everything immediately but no one has reached out to me. Very poor customer service. I

While their window installers were excellent, their door installers need some work. After they installed two new exterior doors and storm doors, they did not clean up the areas in which they worked. They got caulking on my porch railing and on my carpet by the door. They also left debris throughout the yard, which was dangerous for my dogs. They had to come back multiple times to correct problems from the original install.

I also had to get my one storm door replaced because it was defective. I had to argue with the installer who came to look at the defective one because he didn’t believe me that the window should go up to the top of the door.

Mario and his team were great replacing sixteen of our windows. What a professional job. Thank you Window Nation.

You could begin by having honest salesmen. You could have a more responsible upper management team. I spoke with your manager once and after that there was no follow up! It took weeks to schedule the repairs because the person I was dealing with would wait two, three, four days to respond. You could have an informed team working in your credit department. Our entire experience from signing until final repair and install completion has been a costly nightmare. When the installer came out to do the repairs, I was told, when I was not happy with the seam in the front windows, that he had a longer metal bend machine at home but he did not carry it around. So he could not change the seam. I said then you'll have to come back and I was told "I am not coming back!" My son happened to be here and had one at his house. He had to go to his house and bring his over so the repair would meet my expectations. He used his time and his gas to fix something that should have been done by your company properly the first time!!! Worst customer service and quality ever! When I questioned there was no caulking under the front windows I was told that no other company caulks under the window because water runs down.

Great installation crew. Everything cleaned up after the work was done. Windows look great.

He arrived on time of the scheduled appointment. He asked permission to park in the driveway. He placed protective drop covers on the floors from the front door all the way to each work area. The installer encountered multiple wasps nests behind the old window moldings. He removed them without any complaints. The installer cleaned up the inside and outside after the installation was completed. The new windows are now level and opening and shutting without straining and they stay open where you want them. So much quieter than the old windows. Now for the real test. Endurance. The windows of our house have been replaced 5 times in the 40 years that we've lived here. Fingers crossed.

Sales rep was great and listened to what I needed. Installers went above and beyond highly recommended for anyone needing new windows. Definitely 5stars!

Replace the 11 windows and one sliding door. It was all completed in one day. Everything was cleaned up inside and out. Very professional and a great product.
Highly recommend.
