Paid to have the inside of the window painted black. 2 fixed windows had white sticker labels attached, leaving a white strip when removed. Tech came and painted the strip which was no easy task as the windows are 15' in the air. would have been better to catch it in QC at the manufacturer rather than having to set up two extra service appts. The installation crew was very good, conscientious, and cleaned up like they were never there. The windows look fabulous and elevate the whole house.

The installation process was quick, clean and efficient. There was a lot of detail in keeping the areas clean as they installed. We were very impressed with the speed at which they worked. It was also very nice that they were able to install these on a Sunday.

Job was done very professional, will recommend to other people.

Kept in loop starting from ordering scheduling and installation. Everyone was very courteous and professional especially the installation team was very friendly and did an outstanding job. Whole project was executed per plan and on time. 👍

During the pandemic we did half of our windows and went with another company who did OK but seeing this product and know knowing better we did the remaining windows in the front of the house with a better quality product. The installers were fantastic. Talented professionals who took care with our home and did an awesome job. Just the simple things like the quality of the caulk and caulking! We highly recommend this company for anyone looking to upgrade their home.

The installation team was amazing.

I would have given 5 stars but the installer damaged the brick ledge on one of my patio windows. They broke around 10 bricks which caused them to have to replace some that doesn't match. I would also give them a B- on the cleanup. They also didn't finish the job in one day because they forgot one of the Windows. The windows do look fantastic.
