I have replaced nearly all of my windows and several doors with Window Nation. They always make sure I am satisfied with the work. I will be buying my remaining windows with them and recommend them highly.

The men that came to install the windows were efficient, you could tell they knew what they were doing. They put tarps down on the floors throughout the house leaving no mess. Job well done!

The workmanship was great. The work was done in a timely manner and there was no mess to clean up.

Holly and Mike our Sales guy were the only positives in our experience. The manager could not make time to follow up with me on a request and installation was submitted par to say the least. I will not be recommending their service.

Good quality windows. The installers took their time to ensure a thorough job was completed in installation and to not cut corners. There was a slight delay in arrival of windows from manufacturer, but I recommend this company and their attention to detail. Thank you.

We had an old garden window replaced with a slider window. It was time to have it replaced after living in our house for 31 years. It was getting bad. In winter ice would form on the inside on extremely cold days causing moisture that in time created mold. Hence making it hard to keep clean. We are really happy we chose Windows Nation. The service we received was high quality, from the initial visit for the pricing to the measurements and finally the installation. Everyone we dealt with at Windows Nation was friendly, helpful, accommodating, and very professional. We will definitely use them again in the future when necessary.

Communicate. I only got the one phone call changing the installation date and that was it. I didn't know if it was am/pm nor did they confirm the day before. I also didn't get any pw from the salesperson only your folder. Nothing on finance.

When someone promises you something like a gift card you expect it not promises everybody from your company does it and I still have nat reeve the physical card you are more instead to get my opinion on the product and service not the promise

The entire process was wonderful! Everyone we dealt with at Window Nation was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. The windows arrived on time and are beautiful. The installers were so efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Window Nation.

Window Nation was a joy to work with the sales agent and installation team. They were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The entire team was professional and prompt. The windows and entry doors I purchased are beautiful were installed in a timely manner.

The install left some cracks in my front window siding not filled with caulk. Pine trim was ours and it was reused as was parts of previous inside window framing in our basement window replacement that was not discussed. No walk through or explanation of process provided per salesman’s sales pitch. I picked up nails from grass no magnet sweep completed at end. As we had a language barrier perhaps Installers may not have understood my questions.
