Delivery problem
I had a problem with my delivery and didn't receive my monthly order. I contacted Jane at Winc and she took care of everything. It was resolved quickly and efficiently and Jane always responded promptly. You couldn't ask for better service. I love this wine club.

The payment and refund process are SCAM!!! So need some improvements for the refund
This has been very challenging even if my intention was not to enroll a monthly membership it had been charging and hard to cancel the membership. I see many customers experience the same, in addition to that Winc does not refund they are keep saying your credits will not be expired so please order more Wines. I strongly recommend people not to purchase Wines from Winc you will face very challenging processes with very dissatisfaction of customer experience. They also told me that I clicked the terms & conditions for the refunds, do you think most of customers look at every terms & conditions in detail??? I doubt it. I had over $800 and now $500 left for refunds. THIS IS NOT POOR AND SCAMMING PROCESS.

Can't use credits without a membership…
Can't use credits without a membership and can't refund credits. They do not make it easy to cancel your membership without speaking to a rep. Website has a tendency to work incorrectly as well

Damaged order
I placed a recent order that was damaged during transit and never made it to me. I reached out to customer service and they were able to place a reshipment order for me. Jennifer was polite and resolved my issue easily! Thanks for great customer service!

WHAT?!?!?
I ordered on 10/11, it is now 10/26 and I haven't heard anything. I called the support number and it hasn't been processed yet - what? I asked for a refund then, but I can't do that since it is being processed - what? I asked to cancel the subscription and that was fine - I'll see if that actually happens. I ask when I can expect the wine and am told that if I re-do my subscription, it could be prioritized - what!?!? Seriously, I laughed out loud. All done, no thank you. Hopefully I actually get the wine and am no longer charged.

This company is a SCAM!!!! Do not waste your money. They make it extremely hard for you to cancel your membership, and try to give you other options around it, which all end up to automatically charging your account, then you HAVE to use the credits (they do not give you refunds). You can't use your credits if you cancel your account, so you have to use your credits before you cancel. It is a SCAM! Terrible customer service. Once I went to cancel my account, she asked me if I wanted to change to bi-monthly. I said "no cancel my account", then she asked if I wanted to do it quarterly. What part of cancel my account don't you understand? THEN, she tells me that she cannot cancel my account because I just placed an order and it hasn't shipped yet. My account couldn't be cancelled after I already ordered with my credits! SCAM SCAM SCAM.

However, TWICE I did not receive the reminder email and automatically got charged and mailed wine I did not want. Customer service did not take any responsibility. Shame on me for making the mistake to stick with winc after the first "email glitch." At this point, it's either a conscious SCAM, or one of opportunistic negligence. Either way, there's plenty of other places to get your wine!

Awful customer service!!! It is impossible to cancel this subscription service after you start it. I can’t even delete my card info. Avoid this at all cost.

I signed up for natural wines, as they advertised. I could not find information on the wines being sent on portal website, ordered anyway, yet was not sent natural wines.
They are out of stock with no date of refilling stock.
2 stars for fast delivery

Good Customer Service & Good Wine
I joined winc wine club to give mail order wine a try - way back in February when the virus spread was still new information. My first box of wine was AWESOME! I was looking forward to more orders when I was exposed to someone with the virus. I decided to cut costs, and this subscription was one of the targets. I went to the faq page and searched for "cancel". Then I called customer service. They obviously have a script to read, for customer retention tactics. But once they heard me say, No, please cancel my subscription now. It was done.
I will rejoin at some point, it is fun to try new wines.
