So happy with these products.
I started using this company a couple of years ago. The scents are lovely, they last and they clean well.

I fell for another companies marketing (T&A) what a waste of money. Their products are not a patch on Wilton’s.

I would love to see fabric sprays and cleaning products in your range of scents.

Such good service and the products all smell divine and clean my clothes well.

Had an issue with delivery (not their fault) and a replacement sent super fast.

I love the subtle smell of Santal. I'm going to try Patchouli next. Often times the 'top' of the bottle top pops off, which is annoying but I love the product.

The smells are amazing. Just love these products, and my clothes smell great too after washing.

Love love love these luxurious washing products. I prefer the woody scents and they linger in the wardrobe and linen cupboard. Hope they develop some fabric sprays and tumble dryer cloths soon.

Absolutely 💯 % customer service excellent, I had a spilled bottle was replaced very quickly ,even though i dont think it was Willows fault. I have already re ordered another scent which was received quickly. Love the product washes well I have a messy 2 year old granddaughter who won't wear a bib but hey( Willow washed stains away wonderfully )😊. A little more expensive but get the deals and actually one wash cleans very well no re washing needed.
Loving this product i give 8t 💯%.

I ordered a 4ltr bulk detergent and got sent a small 1ltr and a softener - no replies to my emails reporting this now going to report to credit card company

Great scents, however very poor in actually getting your clothes clean. Not ideal for clothes worn by adventurous children. Basically not tough on stains or day to day marks.

These products have rave reviews but my experience using the Cedarwood fabric conditioner has been disappointing. It smells nice in the bottle, but zero scent on my laundry, even straight out of the machine.

The Cedarwood aroma fills my house with joy. Im doing more washing just to have that smell. Im washing things that are not dirty. Im knocking on neighbour’s doors to ask if they have anything I can wash. The aroma is so intoxicating that its making me slightly but happily crazy.

Buying directly from them was my mistake . Ordered on a Monday 4Th May, email to say dispatched on Tuesday via Evri. Email from EVRI on Thursday 7th to say it was at local depot , then nothing still stuck somewhere in EVRI.
Emailed Wilton following Monday to chase order , reply came on Tuesday lunchtime they would look into it. Now it is Thursday and no parcel or update . Have sent email reply telling them to either send the parcel by Royal Mail or refund my money. I will be starting chargeback on Friday afternoon if no replies.
Shame as I like the product and usually order from Amazon .
Royal Mail has always been good , I ordered from a Company in Cornwall Friday evening , delivery was due Tuesday and I received it on the Monday .
So my advice if you like the product buy from supermarket or Amazon.

I just live Wilton laundry products, especially cedarwood with pathouli coming a very close second. They clean laundry really well and that fragrance lasts and lasts. Love that the products are cruelty free and kind to the environment too. Thanks to all at Wilton! Please can you make a linen spray too. My life would then be complete 😁

I have been trying wilton cedarwood fragrance wash for a few weeks now and boy I'm in love. This smells devine, once you wash your item the fragrance lingers through the home like a fresh summers day. What else I like is the caps are different on the wash to the conditioner. It is very reasonably priced for the quality compared to others on the market. And you can subscribe so no need to remember to order. There are also many fragrance s to choose from. And the super added bonus next day delivery. What more can I say.

Just received my third order from Wilton, love the Cedarwood and Santal and wanted to try the Patchouli. Gorgeous scents which really last, especially when I use the matching conditioner. Great customer service and so pleased I found this company.

Product is really very good
Fragrance is excellent
It washes and conditions well in my machine better than others I have tried.

It is not always easy to obtain as the more popular sizes and items are frequently out of stock.

The delivery has been EVRI and my yesterday’s delivery from them is smashed to bits so not impressive!

I recommend Wilton highly.

From being introduced to Wilton laundry liquid at a friends house I frll in love with the smell! I’m trying to switch to’ clean’ products and not sure how it ranks but I have been buying big boxes as an totally impressed with cleaning and also no loss of colour in my garments (lots of linen) on a quick wash

After reading the great reviews, I decided to order the cedar wood washing liquid and conditioner but after using it twice now ( second time I used double the recommended dose ) and honestly couldn't smell anything ! So disappointed and won't be buying again! Back to Bold for me I'm afraid...
