The storage unit was excellent at…
The storage unit was excellent at Wilson’s Storage. The area was very easy to access, always kept spotlessly clean, and the use of all the readily available trolleys to use made moving my furniture so much easier. I’d use them again in a second, plus their pricing is very competitive. A good experience all round.

Be warned of the 28 days notice term as you will not be refunded for unoccupied storage space
We have been using the Wilson Storage in Chelterham since 4 years ago and subsequently we went back to them a couple of times as it was started with an excellent customer service and compromising give and take terms from Denise. Unfortunately this time was very disappointing from Bratt as he was stiff and followed strict to the term condition with no flexibility and leniency in negotiation of an early termination for hiring the storage. We were charged on 2 Feb for Feb storage use and notified on 7 Feb that we will not be using the storage from 10 Feb. we asked for his consideration that we pay until 15 Feb and get credit refunded from 16 Feb to 28 Feb but it was rejected. We pay for an empty unused storage until 28 Feb. As Bratt sticked to the 28 days notice should be given. As this is the case I would pre warned any customer who wishes to hire their storage should be aware of their 28 days notice term for not knowing 28 days in advance or ahead of their termination as you will be paying for an empty storage not used until the last paid day. We have no credit refund from 11 Feb to 28 Feb. They should have calculate on a pro rata day rate and only charged for the days we occupied the storage as previously have been done for us. Technically we are still occupying the empty storage until 28 Feb. unfortunately Bratt chose to go this path for not having back the storage space from us to hire to someone else.
Eg. If you plan to empty your storage on 31 January and you were not aware prior 28 days before 31 January. You will be charged the whole of February in lieu of 28 days notice. You might ended to pay for an empty storage for the next 28 days.
Wilson Storage 28 days notice term has failed my loyalty in using them. Be warned of their 28 days notice terms as you will not get a refund if you cannot give 28 days notice as sometime people would not know in advance of their moving out of the storage.

Looking after our Nearest & Dearest...Wines of Course!!
From the moment we engaged the services of Wilson Storage Cheltenham till the moment we left, we experienced nothing but first rate service, care and attention when we needed it.
Customer friendly and wanting to help in nay way they can; I am sorry that we had to remove our stock as we had sufficient space at our apartment to put our wine nearer to home.
The 'babies' were well looked after in a temperature controlled environment which allowed them all to age gracefully!!
We thank Wilson Storage Cheltenham for looking after our wines and would commend their services without reservation.
