5* service and a great facility
From the first interaction, John (manager at Bay Rd) was fantastic - he gave great advice and was patient with my questions. Then when I arrived at Bay Rd, John was so friendly and helpful, he absolutely went above and beyond with me, and really made what was a super stressful day so much easier.
The facility itself is great, bright and modern, with easy and safe after hours access.
