If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered 5 embroidery kits of felt Easter eggs. Received 5 fabric eggs pre-printed with pictures on them. Was advertised as DIY kits. No kits provided. No floss, no stuffing, no buttons, no felt. Deceptive fraudulent company. Stay away. Filed dispute with cc company.

Unfortunately I can confirm the other one-star reviews. I paid an extra fee for 7-12 days shipping on January 10 2025. Today, March 27 2025 it still hasn't arrived.

They need a zero score. Ordered over two months ago. Been stuck in port over a month. Total scam.

Absolute criminal company. Do not spend a dime. Orders are in Italy or Belfast. Tracking is written in Chinese. Surprise there. F this company

If I could give less than 1 star I would!! Diabolical company. My order is showing it has been in Belfast for the last 2 weeks. I ordered some quilting labels nearly 6 weeks ago. I order from the US a lot and normally, it takes between 7 and 9 days. This is shocking. The amount of emails I have sent are ridiculous. They are not helpful at all. I just get excuse after excuse. This is no way to run a business. No wonder the feedback is bad. Avoid at all cost! I may as well just kiss my quilting labels and my $40.00 goodbye!

Never received the product. Ordered the product in the beginning of October and it took until the end of November to say it was delivered. This product was never delivered. Now I get the run around with them about refunding or sending it out again. This will be the last time I shop online without checking out company reviews.

I ordered a set of two Christmas hand towels in October. The order took 4 weeks to ship and when it got here only one of the two towels I ordered was included. I asked them to please ship the remainder of the order or to accept a return of the half order they had shipped. After five rounds of emails back and forth where they insisted I had received the full order, they offered me $2 in compensation. (The order total was over $30.) Since the order took so long to ship, I am past the window where my credit card will reimburse me.

I feel like an idiot for buying hand towels on Instagram from a sham overseas “company.” Two months later and still nothing, even though their “tracking” info says it was delivered five days ago. I was told to check with my neighbors. Give me a break. It’s a scam. I requested a refund, but after reading other reviews I’m not holding my breath. Found their fake website and it says to email or call but of course there is no phone number, and my email replies are useless. DO NOT buy from these scammers!

My order took over 4 weeks to arrive. I ordered the new Ms Rachel speak and sign doll advertised by them.
When it did arrive it was not the speak and sing doll but a fake Ms Rachel doll in a shrink wrap bag.
They charged me $44.
Please do not use this company as they are awful and not willing to refund my money.
I have now ordered the correct doll at $29 from amazon.

Clicked on a "buy now" option after noticing a photo in Instagram - towels featuring Heat Miser and Snow Miser. Though the base price of $15 per set (of two towels) seemed fair, the shipping and taxes (about $15) doubled the price. At that point, I should have turned away because why pay $30 for two kitchen towels? Ah well. The payment and shipping notifications appeared immediately, which seemed professional. Also should have been a red flag that the promised shipping window was 12-20 days. The items didn't arrive for 30 days. There was only ONE towel, just Heat Miser. Contacting customer support was useless. As others here have noted, they offered a compensation of $3. All of this evidence points to a company based in some other country, not needing to adhere to laws in the U.S., and no contact info other than an email is provided, so there is no "customer service". It's a lesson learned!

Ordered an item over 4 weeks ago, tracking says unknown delivery date, still waiting, huge waste of time, took wayyyyyy tooooo long to arrive and I am still waiting. Never again, do not buy from this company

Item took over 6 weeks to arrive. Was poor quality and nothing like the description. Would not have purchased it and have no use for it.
They offered me 2 USD compensation and now 5USD compensation saying it would cost ME a lot of money to return the item. I am still emailing them but really poor customer service

What I received is total rubbish and was nothing like what I ordered.
Do not buy from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Merchandise in real does not match online. It is poorly done and ugly. Asked to return and their reply was sorry you’re aren’t satisfied we shipped what you ordered. Refused to provide refund info. Pretty sad that a company doesn’t care about satisfying their customers. We got our money now go away.

Placed my order on 22/08 and still haven't received it 04/10. I'm now assuming I've been scammed

I bought 2 motorcycle tire rings with the harley logo on them size 7 and size 10 suppose to have the word chopper inside they came no logo no choppers in the inside both size 6 not what I ordered at all ...the other night I ordered 2 shifter knobs for both my choppers from these guys wish I had known it was coming from them hope my stuff is correct this time

Waste of money - do not trust this company. Product did not arrive. Company kept saying to wait longer. No refund offered or given. Don’t waste your time or money with this crowd.

Uno ordena una cosa y mandan la mitad, insisten que lo enviaron y al final ofrecen reintegro de 3 ó 4 euros que da risa pueden ustedes creerlo? Por favor gente no compren estas muñecas, no sólo las cobran carísimas sino que inventan una empresa que hace el "tracking" del paquete y cobra otro tanto... Pasaron como 5 meses para que llegara el paquete incompleto. Muchas gracias Trustpilot por ayudar a descubrir estos ladrones cibernéticos. Merecen ser reportados a alguna autoridad.

In May of 2024, I ordered and payed for and expected 2 x Sewing Doll & House Template Set. I realized that I had not received my items and sent an email to their customer service on July 19th 2024. I received a reply the same day with a tracking number. On July 29th, 2024 I sent another email stating that I had not received my whole order. I had received the 2 dolls but not the templates. I asked for a correction of my order or I would dispute my payment with PayPal as the item advertised was ot what I received. The Company replied back stating that they had verified my order and said that their operational setting were wrong and there was no house template and offered me a refund of $3.00 USD, and would this be acceptable. I replied on August 1st, 2024 that this was not acceptable at all and I did not think it was appropriate that I pay $40.54 USD for 2 dolls and all they were offering was a $3.00 USD discount. I even asked if they would be willing to pay $22.96 for two dolls. I asked for a $15.00 USD discount and they replied with the following: We feel so sorry for your dissatisfaction. Relevant departmsnt have confirmed the accuracy of the products sent to you. In that case, you will need to return the goods to our Chinese Warehouse. But shipping costs will be high. Is this possible that we increase the compensation to 5 USD. I am not accepting the 5 USD compensation and will not be returning the dolls, at my expense. I asked for a refund of $15.00 as I felt that I shold not have to have paid $22.96 for two dolls and no templates for dolls that probably cost $5.00 USD combined. I did not ask to be refunded for any shipping costs, just the product cost of what I felt was reasonable as I explained I purchased for the templates, not the dolls. I would say BUYER BEWARE on this one and I will be disputing the charges with PayPal to see if they are able to assist for incorrect advertising.
