I ordered a turkey call in February and have never recieved the Item. It's now almost June and Season is over.
When I reach out the same song and dance. I will never order from them again and you should not order from them.Save your money.

I give 1 star because I can’t do 0 stars. Save your money. Over charged and item was very sub par. I ordered a belt for shooting. It finally arrived, it was a cheap flimsy belt that was to small for me.. SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE SCAMMERS

This company is a total scam. I kept getting ads for a f1 calendar on Facebook. It was advertised as a custom drawn calendar with fun facts on each page. It arrived 2 months later and is a total scam. Definitely made by Ai. The “fun facts” are actual gibberish — real words mixed with legit nothing. The races aren’t even on the right days and they have races in there that don’t exist. I contacted them and they said there is nothing wrong with the product despite pictures I sent with proof. They offered me a $3 coupon. I pushed back and they said I can return the product but shipping would be $60 to send to their warehouse in China. STAY AWAY.

My only words on this is don't ! Just stay away from scam companies like this. Nice pictures and everything, but the pictures are all lies. Zero stars if possible, actually minus five. Scammers !

I ordered, via an ad on FB for a LifeCard single shot 22 cal "gun" for target practice. The ad shows a windshield with a single bullet hole in it. A man loads a legit 22 cal bullet into the gun. He aims and hits the winshield......Now there's two bullet holes....What I received was a soft bullet gun with plastic "bullets, and a 4 inch "target". I've been in contact with them via email. No full refund....They're generic emails " Our qc team has looked at your order and have said that you have received exactly what you ordered......They asked for photos of the item. I sent them. They emailed me saying that I would have to pay full shipping charges to return it to China. I flat out told them that that's not how returns work. It's not even listed in their "return" rules. First they tried to bribe me by offering me 3 dollars, then 5 dollars. Now it's up to 8 dollars. They sent me an email saying that that was their final offer.....Proof positive that they were trying to bribe or pressuring me to accept their "final offer".....harrassment. In my last email to them, I said I will accept nothing less than a full refund. I also called the BBB and filed a complaint.....You have to do it online. Go to BBB.ORG to file any complaints against companies. The Wildroots company is based out of San Francisco. False advertising, fraud, harrassment, and bribes. Stay far, far away.

MAJOR UPDATE
I saw another ad for the same thing earlier this evening. I reported it to FB as scam and fraud. FB just notified me that any and all ads for said product have been banned.due to violating FB's community standards. This will REALLY help my case against them. I can't wait to tell PayPal....PayPal Protection was a GREAT HELP. I received a full refund. The FB ads have disappeared.

Unfortunately, I’m one of the victims… I thought I was ordering from wild roots.com… Not wildrootss.com… I ordered an item and received a bogus tracking acknowledgment from a company. I’ve never heard of out of Spain… Emailed their support email and they assured it was going to take a little bit more time… Now after two more weeks I’m disputing the charge… I never got a response from them and when I looked back at the first email, the tracking information is still the same… How disappointing.

One star is rating this company too high. A totally useless site, sent wrong item and refuse to rectify this. They suggested I send the item back at my own cost, not going to happen! The item sent to me is most likely going in the bin. It seems this company is not in America at all, Chinese apparently.

Ordered an embroidery Christmas hand embroidered bunting 12 days of Christmas back in August and never received it, emailed their support team and was told they would resend it, I’m still waiting and it’s now November. Not happy. Will never buy from them again and will tell anyone who will listen to avoid purchasing from this scam site

Ordered an item two months ago - still nothing arrived- I contact customer service and they take no ownership and tell me to be patient?? - The tracking hasn't been updated for a month - I've wasted £50 and feel completely scammed -

Ordered a motorcycle cup holder and came incomplete. A part was missing and the holder was useless without the part. Informed them immediately. Got a reply that the warehouse advised that there was nothing missing and offered 2 usd compensation.

They will send something totally different from what you ordered.

Wife bought an article of clothing and they charged tax,No tax on clothing where we live. Notified paypal and they cited them as a fraudulent business and gave the refund.

The product that is advertised is not the one I received, despite lots of emails, photos, and nameless correspondence. This is part of their response.

Sorry, but I have tried my best, If I do anything beyond my ability, that would be against the company's rules, and I may lose my job.

For what is a FRAUDULENT RIP-OFF FAKE DECK OF TAROT CARDS.
I believe it is ILLEGAL TO DELIBERATELY SELL AND SEND FRAUDULENT TAROT DECKS through the post.
For what I paid I should have received a GENUINE BOXED DECK OF TRANSPARENT CARDS - WHICH INCLUDES THE BOOK!!!
This is NOT what I have received in today's post after waiting over a MONTH for this RUBBISH.

UPDATE: I have reported Wilddrootss.com to Schiffer Publishing, the true publishers of the Transparent Tarot - and they will be contacting the sites' administrators to take down their advertising.

Ordered the key ring and waiting 6 months already, the only what they are doing right responding on my mails to the customer support. They are big scammers! Just waste of time and money ! Absolutely not recommend to do business with them!

Got a key ring that was nothing like I ordered. They compensated me by paying $2USD . Could have just sent correct item.
Won’t get bitten by them again.

These guys can't tell what courier companies they used.
Still not received a product I bought and they're useless in helping me to locate it.

This company is not even worth the 1 star review. I ordered a kit to make felt embroidered Easter eggs. The kit described the fabric and what was in the kit. They said the kits comes with the fabric, thread, buttons and pattern to make 6 beautiful handcrafted eggs. Well guess what!? I got a pic of 6 eggs. I paid $30 for a stupid pic. This is the worse company I have ever dealt with! They are crooks and liars! They steel your money and string you along for 2 months while you wait patiently for your order! DO NOT GIVE THESE CROOKS YOUR MONEY!
