Well pleased with Whipmats, I had a problem with my order and it was sorted, very professional and great communication. The mats look great, easy to install, highly recommended.

I love the mats they fit my s type perfectly well pleases arriving on time and well packaged.

Mats are crap, avoid like the plague.
Quality poor, fit where they hit. Shocking experience and now won't answer any emails. Before buying check online re company status and the sheer volume of poor reviews

Mats are good quality, and fit reasonably well, drivers mat needs sticking down with Velcro patches as it tends to move about a bit. Recommend fitting the mats loosely for a week or two to allow the mats to settle before fixing with the Velcro patches. These mats don’t clip into the oem carpet studs which would’ve been helpful, but overall an excellent product.

Placing the order and paying were the easy stages of my purchase.
Initially quoted a reasonablt prompt delivery for customised mats for my Volvo XC90.
Delivery was longer than provisionally scheduled but not too delayed and to be fair afyer queryingby email with the company i received a relatively prompt response with a scueduled delivery date.
Quality.....
Certainly not british made as suggested or even Italian. They have a distinctly asian/chinese feel to them. There are several loose threads ends. The fit for my vehicle is also rather poor as there as spots thqt tgese mats dont reach.
These is also the expectation that the buyer will simply velcro thslese mats into place.
Packaging....
Pqckaging was sufficient to protect during transit, however the method of folding to minimise packing and freight costs does mean tye mats arrive very crumpled and need several fays to adopt a more natural resting position. It does help to apply additional heat to speed this up.

All in all, for £60 to cover to front seat foot wells, this isnt too bad, but im not sure i would buy again.

The items sent to me, were of extremely, poor quality and full of holes. However, they refused to refund my money, in accordance with consumer protection act and as it is not, viable to sue, due to the expense and time involved, I have ended up, paying for rubbish

Ordered a set of these mats for a van when they arrived they certainly did not fit too small and cut in the wrong places After many photographs and emails that showed that they were totally incorrect they sent a second set which I just could not believe were exactly the same as the first set Especially after seeing from photographs that both sets were much too small After more photographs and numerous emails my money should have been refunded in full Just a very small amount was refunded so buyers please be aware

Seat Covers are good quality and arrived on time. The only down point was that there were no fitting instructions for the seat covers, so had to try and work out for myself, so rear seat covers don't fit very well.

Made an error when ordering, emailed the company immediately, they refused to refund the £47 and said orders go into production as soon as they are ordered and paid for, the ones I ordered was £ 59, total of £107 .
When the ordered arrived rhe double layered mats were mot the same colour as the custome
made one, a.very expensive e purchased would have been better ordering from Tumu
Be careful not to make an error as this company will not fix the issue for you, shop around not the same as the pictures ion their website

Mats were dispatched but took 7 days to arrive. They come tightly packaged screwed up and extremely creased, the guidance is to lay the out for 7 days to get rid of creases which I can’t see that happening, the mat coverings feel ok but it seems like cheap foam material underneath definitely not to the quality you’d expect for the price.
Wouldn’t recommend buying, and they don’t look great and still creased. If you’re going to buy look at real customers photos first you’ll notice creases on their mats. Overall they are ok but not worth the cost and I wouldn’t say they are quality mats but more overpriced budget mats

I cannot stress how poor Customer service is , the quality of these mats is awful, thin fake leather badly stitched and shocking colours. My complaint was met with a number of e mails demanding photos of the fit which was not relevant to the issue. Point blank refusal to help, offering a partial refund starting with 10% rising to 50%. I despair, waste of £100.

having followed the installation video, I am still at a loss to understand what purpose the lozenge-shaped fixings are for.
Their position high on the sides do not correspond to any feature on my 2022 Hyundai Kona hybrid.
The mats fit well enough just using the velcro pads, but I am concerned they may slip over time.

My friends bought mats from this company, and none of them fit. The company just made excuses through long email threads and offered a very small refund.

There were some bad reviews but I thought I would give it a go. The mats came in a couple of weeks. They are not leather or certainly don't appear to be. They are a fair quality and wipe clean easily. They fit quite well but take a bit of fiddling with to get right. They look good though and I think they will be quite hard wearing. I would say they are worth the money and look good. I am pleased with my purchase.

This online purchase has proven to be a highly unsatisfactory experience. Upon receipt, the mats exhibited significant manufacturing defects, specifically in the stitching, which resulted in the material separating. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue through multiple photographs and over 30 emails, the promised replacement set has yet to be delivered. Both the product quality and the customer service provided have been exceptionally poor, and I strongly advise against purchasing these items.

At first when my mats arrived I was frustrated, they just did not fit, but looked good. I wrote, not sure what kind of response I would get. I was asked for photos and video and from there on the attention I rec’d was first class. New mats on the way, no quibble, no return mats to help put you off or cost. New mats arrived soon after, fitted fine and look great! The attitude of customer care was simply outstanding!

Well they have changed names to try and hide their terrible feedback, now called whipmats.com not .co.uk
You are most likely reading this because you have already bought them and looking for some recourse, firstly if you have not yet already, contact your bank and start a charge back, once you are paid back by your bank ignore the BS emails from whipmats about debt collectors there is nothing they can do at all. they are 100% liars and will say anything to avoid refunding you. how they are legally allowed to still operate in the UK is beyond me.
when you see adverts on social media, help others by posting on their adverts how crap they are and to read the reviews here first before ordering so at least some people dont get scammed.
