Avoid this company. Bought matts of them and didn’t fit on my car, I was chatting to someone on their Facebook messenger they were replying and asked me to leave a positive review till I sent them picture of my Matt not fitting then they ignored me. I emailed and didn’t get any reply of their customer services.

Also when you order they don’t send you tracking number and information, you wouldn’t know what couriers will be delivering. Their website will show you the tracking but doesn’t give much information and tracking number

The quality is very good, fine leather and the mats that fit in perfect. However the sizing is a bit off. The front leather flooring doesn't quite fit either sode of the seat railing. Making it slightly warp. Had to purchase extra double sided sticky velcro to ensure it stays down.

I would select ZERO STARS, but CAN’T!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, !!!!!!!
The advertising sounds great, the product is rubbish… lightweight, cheaply made, PERMANENTLY CREASED.
WORST STILL…The customer service is very Chinese-esque = NO REFUNDS

Whipmats are saying I am out of the 14 day refund period.
I’m in the process of doing a charge back through my bank.
So disappointed.
The car mats are nothing like the ads used on the website. They are flimsy and cheap. They don’t fit properly and don’t stay in place. I contacted the company and told its wear and tear, I’ve had them 11 weeks and they have been fitted for 8 weeks.

Paid £99 for a complete set of mats for a Kadjar with a GT Line logo, what I got was a Renault logo which I never asked for and cheap looking mats. Delivery took weeks and was addressed from China. I tried to contact this company without any success, I then emailed my bank to start a dispute and even they could not get in touch with them so my money was returned. I have now been contacted by an Alfie Jones who purports to be the owner of the company and have been threatened with debt collectors. I have told him they have never been fitted, have been supplied wrong and can be returned in the original packaging if they give me their details.On searching companies house Alfie Jones is not listed or connected to the company but two people from the Philippines are and they live in the Philippines. This company is not to be trusted, also one of the companies with company number 17102521 was only registered in March 2026.

Well made but width came up about 2cm short for a nice tight fit but are secure with fittings supplied and look. Nice

Like so many others here, I purchased these mats in good faith and they turned out to be a poor fit and, trust me, the creases do not come out if you leave them in a warm room.
I could slag this company off in every direction, but the one thing I would like to warn you all about, is if you make a chargeback as I did, even when the credit card company finds in your favour, they will send you an email saying that your case was rejected, and divert to you to a payment platform saying that you should pay now before you incur any interest charges. I almost did this but then looked at the very bottom of the page to see that it was from Whipmats. They then sent nuisance emails for the next few months threatening you with all sorts including debt collectors when really they don’t have a leg to stand on.
I still use mine because they are good at collecting dirt and mud from your shoes, but they really are a terrible fit and mine arrived with huge BMW logos on, which I expressly asked them not to send.
Avoid, avoid avoid

I'm overall happy with the mats . The fit wasn't perfect but better than expected. They look good once they have settled in the car. More fixings were required for a more secure fit. I'm generally pleased with my purchase

My experience with the company was suspicious as a few days into the order the company web site was down and I could not track my order. Thinking I might have been scammed. But within a few days they were back up and running . I believe the company is registered in the uk but Matt’s are possible made overseas. I received my Matt’s about three weeks after the order date. Matt’s were creased but soon flattened out in a warm room. The stitching, Matt’s and logo were well made and gave the car feel of luxury. They fitted well in the car and as muffed the road noise.

Found the mats very cheap looking and not a particularly good fit. They arrived in shrink wrap packaging causing them to be crumpled up. They say this is to prevent higher postage charges, personally I would rather pay the extra to get them arriving in a condition that I could fit them from the box, they say to leave them out of the packaging for a few days. Definitely not to the quality that is advertised.
