I had the most wonderful experience at this jewellery store in Worthing last week. I originally went in with the intention of buying just a necklace, but thanks to Hazel, I ended up leaving with two beautiful rings as well; one of them even personalised and signed, which made it extra special.
Hazel was truly exceptional. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine passion made the whole experience feel so personal and enjoyable. She has an incredible ability to understand what you’re looking for and guide you without ever being pushy, just naturally brilliant at what she does.
This was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had in a jewellery store. Everything felt effortless, elegant, and memorable from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with my purchases and will definitely be coming back.

Popped into the Worthing store and was greeted with a friendly smile and excellent service by Hazel and Evelyn. They dealt with me as a customer who didn't really know what I wanted 😁 and I left with some lovely jewelry which I know my wife will love. Thanks very much.

Took my daughter's braclet to Whibleys for repair after going to several other jewlers before who were not keen to help as the bracet wasnt of wnough value to be worth while to them.
Apon arrivle Chris couldnt be more happy to help me and again relising that the sentamentle value of this braclet ment more to my daughter than its value he offered to send it away to be repaired straight away.
I picked up the braclet today and it looks good as new!

Lovely experience when choosing and buying items at their Horsham store. Very patient and offered good practical advice. Good selection of different designs and reserved for a few days while deciding was helpful.

I confess that the thought of going into my local branch to peddle my unwanted gold was daunting. I had no idea of the value and thought I might be very 'out of place' and made to feel small. How ridiculous was I !! I was looked after by Lawrence and Chris at the Guildford branch - highly professional and knowledgeable, but also very friendly and made me feel comfortable immediately. I cannot thank these guys enough, not just for the valuation but for the manner in which they looked after me. Very highly recommended - and thank you, gentlemen.

I saw Whibleys in Horsham and was struck by the high standard of appearance of the shop itself. I decided that I would look to resolve some items from my late parents estate. I was very impressed by the considered and professional manner in which I was looked after, so much so that I went back with some further items. I would thoroughly recommend using the services offered by Whibleys. All of the staff were excellent, with full explanations, prompt updates and a timely resolution. First Class.

Exceptional customer service, beautiful ambiance, gorgeous jewellery, interesting gifts and just fantastic to work with. I’ve had the pleasure of ‘working’ with Evelyn at Worthing Whibleys several times and each time she has made me feel like I’m the most important customer ever. In July I asked her if it was possible for me to bring several gold and diamond rings that my mother had given me, for her to assess their suitability for redesigning and amalgamating the rings into a ‘new’ look. I made an appointment (I live overseas) and spent a couple of hours with Evelyn first deciding style, era, appropriate’ness of the stones and looking at favourite photos and current stock selection for her to guage my preferences. We decided on an Edwardian tablet style ring and after leaving my rings and diamonds with her, she confirmed that all would be sent to their in-house designer ‘Till’ who would, in due course, reply with possible design choices. By beginning of October, layout and design was agreed upon, 50% deposit paid (over the phone from USA!) and a timeline of just before Christmas for completion was given.
On 23rd December I went to see it! I had butterflies with excitement. I did not doubt Whibleys ability at all and I was right to completely trust them. Between Evelyn and Till, they presented me with the most beautiful ring I’ve ever seen. I’m so incredibly lucky and grateful for their help and commitment to making something so utterly special. I had the option of going to any jeweller on two continents, but because of how Evelyn made me feel on my very first visit back in 2022, I knew that I could completely trust the process with her looking after me. Her communication, friendly and down to earth attitude that makes you feel like a friend (so important in such a high risk project) was exactly what I needed. Whibleys is a very special store, it’s eclectic with beautiful interiors, trinkets galore without fantastical prices. The staff are all friendly and welcoming and I’m extremely happy that Evelyn has gone to the very highest level to make sure I was happy with every step. This time I did spend ‘big bucks’ but my first visit was a simple repair. It goes to show that immediate face to face interaction and high quality customer care wins every time! As I stepped off the bus in RIchmond, I saw Whibleys. I was seriously casually dressed, but realised they might do watch straps and I desperately needed one. I opened the door into a place filled with beautiful things, a calm, inviting layout and staff who were courteous, knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Immediately, I was welcomed and invited to sit down at one of the small tables. A selection of watchstraps was brought to me and the one I selected put on my watch. Every care was taken with what was a very small purchase. This is a real Jewellers. A place with history, knowledge, craftsmanship and expertise. Very different from those overlit, sometimes brash shops that simply sell jewellery. Thank you.

I ordered online because they were the earrings that complimented my necklace which I bought from Sri Lanka when visiting the gem stone jewellers. Once my order was placed, I immediately received an email from Sophie Hardman office assistant who confirmed the product had been sent via special delivery and gave me the reference number so i could track it. I have received my beautiful earrings which are as I hoped a perfect match.

Simple customer service - Horsham branch Jane. Walked in today, doing my best impression of a tramp (work clothes and unshaven) to enquire about sizing and gifting jewelry for Christmas. Was given ample time and explanation of all the options and left feeling really looked after.

I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with the Worthing branch and can't recommend them enough. Having recently got married both myself and my wife bought are wedding bands without any hesitation, due to the honest and professional members of staff that we dealt with. We also had the pleasure of dealing with the owner Kim Whibley who is an absolute asset to her profession. I can't recommend Whibley's more highly, if you're looking for a first class service second to none, look no further.

My wife had a special birthday and I wanted to give her a fiery opal necklace without the inevitable cluster of small diamonds in the setting. John at Whibleys Guildford offered a selection lovely opals to choose from and suggested a beautiful gold setting and necklace which we selected and my wife just loves the overall effect.We got exactly what we wanted at a price we were prepared to pay. Thank you Whibleys for your special personal attention - it was much appreciated.

Helped me with some broken gold jewellery I wanted to sell. Excellent price which went up a bit after they checked the type of gold!

My partner Josh and I came into the shop a year ago looking at engagement rings. They had a beautiful selection, were incredibly patient and made the experience feel incredibly special! Josh and I got married late summer this year and we knew we would come back to get our wedding rings. They were excited to see us again and it was a lovely experience! We are very grateful for all of their help and expertise. The jewellery is high quality and Josh and I both agreed we will always buy jewellery from Whibleys Guildford now!

I took my ring in to check the settings were still secure. They did this while we waited and even offered to clean my ring while we shopped in Guildford. I have bought jewellery from them before and would definitely buy from them again. Excellent customer service.

I needed my engagement ring re sized. Took into the Worthing branch and was greeted by very friendly staff. I was told it may take 2-3 weeks, however I had it back within 8 working days! The re sizing was absolutely perfect and my ring had been cleaned. Very impressed, thank you’s all round!

What lovely helpful people! My watch strap had a link that had caught. Mended on the spot and now I can’t even spot the repair.
