Moving my domains to WHC was the right thing to do. I have so much more and most importantly the Tech Support Team has been helping me tremendously and successfully.

They helped me redirect my website, they did everything, very professional

I've been using WHC for years as a reseller.
Most of my hosted site are either self maintained or fairly static, so I'm not involved much in their operations.
One of my clients was flagged for excessive bandwidth usage to the point where they went over limit in days.
Support looked over the stats and recommended using a free 3rd party service to mitigate the bots, etc.
They went above and beyond with instructions and recommended settings on a product that they make $0 from and saved me countless hours of learning another service setup.
Once i had it setup for my client, they reviewed the setup and made further recommendations.
As has been the case in the past, they went above and beyond to help.

i am using whc.ca from last 2 years and found all the tech support team very professional and a great empathizers. this time i want to give credit to "Ziad" he did a great job in saving my website and restored it after the cyber attack.

The support from WHC is great. What a difference from the previous big name hosting service we previously used.
WHC support is friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain what they did to resolve our issues.

The support person Stephan was efficient and provided real technical support in short order. Excellent job!
My only criticism is that the information collected by the chatbot did seem to get forwarded to the support person.

Had a great experience with support from Ziad. He answered all my questions with helpful screenshots and annotations. His responses were timely.

Tried placing an order for a .ca domain auction, order was incorrectly marked as fraud and did not go through, talked to customer support and didn't get anything resolved, auction closed (my bid would have been the highest), asked customer support and told me that the auction is closed and there's nothing they can do about it (even though they are still hosting their website on the domain I was looking at).

I had problems with entering DNS values and they were very prompt in helping. They just asked for the values and I copy pasted them. They did it for me really quick. I didn't even have to make the copy paste perfect, they got it. You really feel supported.

The Support team was super fast and very helpful, guiding me through all the steps of what I needed to do.
