Awful!! Lies after lies. I ordered a box July 31st and still have not received my order it is October 13!! They are not longer answering the phone and their mailbox is full.

Ordered a box the 3rd of august was never received it. Emailed “company”, keep saying short staffed and I would be receiving the box but never have. SCAM STAY AWAY.

I waited two months for an order I was supposed to get in a week. I called and texted every number they gave me with automated responses. Finally got the box and it was CRAP...two clear phone cases for random phones and off label imitation fit bits. DO NOT BUY!

Its been 2 months and one day since I ordered from this company. 3 weeks ago was the last time I heard from anyone (because I AGAIN contacted them) - and they told me 10-15 days. We are over that now too. Yet I STILL keep getting promotional crap in my email, so even though they cant keep up on the orders they HAVE, they are still trying to peddle more. Unacceptable.

I placed my order in August, when I placed my order it said it would come with an iPad. When I emailed about my order they said they were waiting for the ipads to arrive and then my box would be shipped. I messaged 2 days ago on my box again. I was told about how they are under new management, new staff and how box hadn't shipped yet. To give them 10-15 business days to have my box out because of them being behind, a delay. Well today October 9th, I got my box with 6 small things in it and guess what no ipad. I highly do not recommend getting a box from them. It honestly was not worth it.

Ordered a box in August. Never received it. Unlike some on here, I called and talked to a person who kept assuring me that they were “waiting on a shipment of iPads” before sending my Box. “Shipping delayed for one week due to Covid.” sounds familiar I’d be willing to bet!

Now, months after giving up, and receiving a refund through my credit card company they had the audacity to send me an email “offer” for a special sale they are having: where the price of their smallest box has gone up $20.

I highly recommend not merely avoiding their offers and website but try reporting their business to the BBB and the FBI’s ICC.
(Better Business Bureau and Internet Crime Commission)
Both have websites for reporting fraud, especially credit card fraud which this company practices!

Cool items. Definitely a great way to save $ on gifts this holiday season.

I think we all could use a little help financially and this is a great way to get amazing items for Christmas at basically wholesale cost.

It would be 2-5 x more expensive if bought individually so you definitely can not go wrong!

I will shop here for birthdays as well.

So much value for the price! It's an awesome deal. I had to wait a little bit for my order because I think they got backed up and sold too many boxes after going viral on tik tok and stuff.

Overall I got mine in about a month. Could have been a little quicker but totally worth the wait. I recommend if you're getting one of these for christmas / holiday gifts then make your order NOW so you get it on time.

Guess what??? This is a huge Scam. My order was taken 3 months ago and to yet have a box or a refund. My attorney is handling it from here. Even though the attorney fee's will be more than the actual order, its the principal of the damn thing. They scam folks on tiktok as well. Look at all the complaints from them!!! Whatthebox... you will get yours and soon!!

Still have not received a box or my refund!!
I reported them for fraud with my credit card company and filed a police report!
They will get caught soon!

Bought from this company over 30 days ago. Can’t get an answer to calls, texts, or emails. BUYER BEWARE.

I have purchased this 15 days ago still no tracking number no updates, cant get ahold of them for anything very angry right now 😡😡😤

Now I must admit I was a bit agitated with the processing time but if a shipping label has been created you will get your box. I received my 2 boxes today and was pleasantly surprised. Oh yes it was a long wait but I'm so satisfied now that I did.

I ordered a box in March and reached out multiple times and the couple times that someone actually got back to me said they're on backorder but they will catch up in a week or so and that never happened. I am still waiting and been trying to cancel my order to get refund multiple times.

Do not trust this site.. They take your money and YOU NEVER RECEIVE A BOX! THEY WILL NEVER RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS OR TEXT. I HAVE REACHED OUT TO THEM OVER 80 TIMES. NOTHING. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY BOX FR JULY 4TH 2002. THE REVIEWS THEY HAVE POSTED ON THERE SITE ARE FAKE REVIEWS.
Please don't be taken like me.. Am trying to get my money back now or a box.

I order a box July 5th, 2021. I received an email that shows a shipping label was printed but never shipped out. I have tried to contact them through email, phone, and their online chat. I have had no communication.
This is 100% a total scram!!!! Do Not Buy anything from them.

Placed my order on 8/13/21 and have emailed them 3 times with no response and no box.
SCAM!

I ordered my Whatthebox.io on August 10, 2021. I have attempted several times to contact the site for purchase updates and no response. Then I go look on Tik tok and what do I see Whatthebox.io is posting content but has yet to respond to my request. I also see that on Tik tok others are asking for updates on their purchases and get no response. Then on some of the post the comments are turned off. I love supporting small businesses but this is very unprofessional.

BUYER BEWARE!
I ordered my box on June 10th. 2 months ago and nothing. I have sent emails, texts, and calls. The last thing they told me was they were going to ask the warehouse when it would be shipped. But since then I have been ghosted 🤣I have since talked to my bank about having the charges reversed. This is a horrible company! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
