Zero stars total fail regret spending my money

I bought a box from this company 6 months ago and I still have not received it. I send messages to the company and they say it’s going out but still nothing . Please don’t buy from them it’s not real and they just steal are money

This is a sorry excuse for a company , I have placed a order on august 15 of 2021 and I have yet to receive anything nor a refund of my purchase after I had asked for one , I have reached out to the company 2 times before I got a reply about 3 weeks after I ordered stating they apologize it’s taking long and they had a back up but will ship out asap , I gave them the benefit of the doubt couple more weeks pass and I email them 3 separate times with no response , I text the number they have and I called them still to this day no response after their voice mail states “please text if we do not answer and we will get back to you as soon as possible “. I have still yet to hear from them and now todays date is November 19th 2021 , I advise anyone curious to ordering to save your money and time because this is a horrible business and a crappy customer service. It is all just a scam with a website …. Do not recommend

Ordered a long time ago still no box. All I got was label created still have not been sent. Wish I could get a box.

Terrible company its been months. I got a tracking number 3 weeks ago. The process a label to make me think they are making product and probably won't. Emails me some bullsh*t excuse about order but never answers me about label. I requested a refund which no reply was sent. Bullsh*tcompany!!!

I have no experience with this company cause they have not since the box, its been over 4 months and still nothing since I work for DOJ see if I can file charges of fraud

I placed my order at the beginning of August, roughly the 8th here we are almost to friggen December and I’ve received ZERO updates. I’ve border line harassed these people trying to get a refund with no response. Don’t waste your time or money on these people they will just scam you.

I placed an order with Whatthebox.io on October 20th. I received confirmation of my order and order number. On November 1st, I checked for updates on the purchase, still no way to track the shipment. I started emailing, calling, and texting the company to see if I could get a status on the tracking number or anticipated shipment / delivery date.

Not a single person responded back to me. No return text message, no one answering the calls to their company phone number, and no responses to my emails.

I have filed a claim against this company for being fraudulent and will be filing a claim with the BBB.

I do not recommend that you purchase anything from this company.

6 months to get the box, headphones wire was cut, 2 fitness trackers from China that don't work, apple charging cord doesn't work.

This company started off great by asking feedback which I believe is very important and they would give me updates. They were transparent on what the hold up was, but then I started getting ghosted all of a sudden. Emails and texts with no responses for 2, almost 3 months. After 4 months on an estimated 2-4 business days shipping, I just received my box... If that isn't bad enough, I received a roughly $60 value of products on a box that was estimated at $120. I received a Samsung fast charger (Samsung block with a random cord), two off brand fitness trackers (one of which doesn't work at all), and a Coach phone case. The products look like they ordered an Amazon returns box and threw them in their boxes. They put stickers that show sanitized and tested, but how is it tested if it doesn't work? It was a really cool idea, but for this company... I would never order from them again. Moral of the review, don't waste your money.

I’ll never know. Ordered end of August, now November 1st. Can’t get a response despite MULTIPLE attempts. $500 down the drain. Stay waaaaay away.

Absolutely should have listened to the bad reviews. We received a box full of crap, that went in the trash. I was promised an IPad due to them NEVER SHIPPING the box and got about $20 worth of electronics that we paid $75 for. DO. NOT. BUY.

Horrible!! Ordered months ago and haven't recieved anything. Emailed several times with no response.

So like everyone else I too also feel for this I had waited to get a package. It’s been longer then they promise us. It’s a big scam

Ordered in August no one will communicate with me they did initially but now are silent ans won’t answer me. I have them until tomorrow even or else I will report this company and file a chargeback with my bank. You need to stop selling boxes until you get caught up! Is this a scam?!

Hice mi pedido hace 4 meses. Aun nada, lo peor es que me envían mensajes incentivando más compras cuando ni siquiera recibí la primera, deberían meterlos presos. por estáfa!!!!!

I placed my order in mid August and still haven’t heard anything about when my order will ship. I have asked for a refund of my money, still no answer. Unless you like to be let down don’t bother!

Bought a box on August 8 and today is October 16, never got the box, called several times requesting either the box or a refund, never got an answer.

Had to give it one star since it won’t go lower. Scam of a company. Don’t trust any reviews that give it anything other than 1 star. Working with my bank to get refunded.

Company sent me an email saying my item has shipped but when I go to track all they did was submit a shipping label to UPS but have never really shipped my item. Toecr with a rebate for my next order. Don’t fall for it, just trying to see if they can extract more money from you. I would trust MR Bean doing my root canal before I trust this company.
