We've used West One, and Ali specifically, on several projects now. We've always found them to be super helpful and efficient with orders. Ali always has suggestions for products when we need them, or alternatives at different price points. Also always on hand to resolve any issues that come up on site or last minute items we need to order. Really positive experience overall. Would recommend!

We would highly recommend Susan at West One Bathrooms, Clerkenwell. We are exceedingly happy with the end result, working with Susan was an absolute pleasure. We are the sort of people that are meticulous about the details, and Susan was just as particular as we were. Communication was excellent throughout the process. We had a few issues with delivery of items, this was handle by Susan and our builder (recommended by West One), and was completely stress-free for us. Susan understood the aesthetic we wanted and her product recommendations were great, there was no pressure if we wanted to swap something out or change our mind last minute. It was a very positive experience, thank you so much!

From our first consultation on Zoom right through to the end of the job, Kirsten our designer was incredibly helpful, and patient!

What I liked most was being able to get everything we needed from one place from tiles, sanitary ware and taps through to the pendant lights. This made everything so much easier.

Kirsten provided us a full technical spec, which meant I was confident we would end up with the same bathrooms as on the plans.

Having help with the design also meant I was much braver with my choices than I would have been had I tried to do it myself.

I am so pleased with the finished result and will definitely use West One Bathrooms for future projects.

We have completely renovated our home (essentially knocking it down and starting again). During the 2.5 year process we met many suppliers. No one came close to Kirsten at West One.

Susan and the team nailed the brief after just one initial consultations. They effortlessly walked us through some guided decision making on colour pallet, fixtures and fittings, providing us with alternate options at each step. The result is something which feels like we designed it, so naturally we love it. Thanks also to their recommendation on fitters the bathrooms have been finished to an extremely high standard, right down to the designed grout lines and tap levels. Furthermore, the WestOne team were brilliant when it came to sourcing the materials on time and dealing with delivery issues and breakages. What's more there was no massive over-allocation for breakages of tiles, as can often be the case.

A small team produce quotations thoroughly and efficiently for even the most complex projects, while always remaining competitive. They provide detailed technical advice to clients, designers and contractors prior to purchasing and throughout the duration of a project following delivery to site.

The team also provide in-house design services to include detailed drawings and 3D imagery as required.

Excellent experience from start to finish with Cecilia Gillott at West One Bathrooms in Clerkenwell. Initial consultation was extremely useful; great knowledge of a range of products/brands, allowing me to achieve the desired look. Cecilia provided me with support throughout the process, ordering items in a timely manner during the project and arranging changes/returns where necessary without a fuss. I would recommend to all.

West One have been a pleasure to deal with - Kirsten Wain was our designer for 3 bathrooms of different sizes and layouts and she provided excellent design and product ideas to suit our taste and budget, but was also willing to provide alternatives where we wanted to tweak price or style. Her knowledge and expertise was exceptional. Communication around delivery was also above and beyond what I would expect (although note that all products are only to kerb side so you may need someone else on site for heavy items). All 3 rooms look exactly how we wanted. I could not fault the service.

My partner and I had a wonderful experience in the Chelsea showroom this summer. Excellent staff (especially our contact Kaitlin, who came highly recommended from our architect) and a huge variety of stock. We are so pleased with our decision and can’t wait to see the end result in our home.

A really positive experience working with Lily at West One. Friendly and helpful from start to finish, and provided plenty of ideas for us to work with. Was understanding on working to a specific budget while still delivering quality fixtures and fittings. Suggested a great company to manage the installation too- Propertize- who I would recommend. We ended up sourcing our own tiles due to delivery lead times and cost, so would recommend shopping around for tiles given the choice available. Altogether a great experience, and would recommend West One and Lily to friends etc.

Fantastic friendly service. I needed tiles for my bathroom quickly and Laura in the Oxshott branch suggested some I love and I received them within a few days. With no stress at all! She saved me! Everybody now compliments them and I am really happy with my bathroom.
