Antwort von Weschenfelder Direct
Hi Jim,
Sorry to hear you were not happy with the vacuum bags. What machine do you have? You purchased the Commercial Vacuum Bags, which need a commercial chamber machine to create the vacuum. If you have a domestic vac packer where the bags are used outside of the machine, you will need to use the Embossed Vacuum Bags instead. You can return the bags for a refund if you would like.
Kind regards
Team Weschenfelder
