Antwort von Weschenfelder Direct
Hi Rob
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry to hear that our Lamb & Mint Burger Seasoning and Pork Burger Mix didn't meet your expectations.
Our Lamb Burger burger seasoning is a popular one along with the pork burger so it is dissapointing to here it did not meet your expectations. We know these mixes are down to personal taste and can also be down to how much is used with meat etc.
Hopefully we can get to the bottom of your issues.
We're particularly concerned by your comment that you tried to contact us and didn't receive a response. We take customer enquiries seriously, so if we've missed your message, we'd like to investigate what happened. Please contact sales@weschenfelder.co.uk and we will look to respond to you on there.
We genuinely value all customer feedback, as it helps us improve both our products and our service.
Kind regards,
The Weschenfelder Team
